3. Somewhat mojo-ed, but in perfect working order. Collection from York or can be posted at buyer's expense. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks for looking.
4. In excellent condition. This unit has been little used, and always stored in a rack unit flightcase. Perfect working order and almost immaculate cosmetic condition. I may well put the 3u flight case (battered but rock solid) up for sale too - ask me if you're interested? Collection from York (in which case you're welcome to try before you buy), or I'll send by courier at buyer's expense. Please let me know if you havexany queries. Thanks for looking.
5. Apologies if there's already a thread, but I did search before posting... Just looking for some guidance about the meaning/significance of high or low impedance with regard to passive volume pedals - I'm looking at the Boss ones in particular, but couldn't find anything to explain it on their website either.... Advice would be appreciated- thanks.
6. Tone is all in the fingers... for sure. But I'd still like to know what those super-vintage, seemingly very low-tension strings are. Love his playing. If you don't know who I'm on about, he appears in many Pomplamoose vids, also the regular bassist for Louis Cole / Knower...
7. I used to own this instrument. Sold it here on BC a few years ago due to financial necessity. But I missed it so much I recently bought another, identical one. If I'd known this would come up I might have waited, purely for sentimental reasons! But seriously, these are just fantastic instruments - and amazing VFM.
8. Very tempting - though sadly not a purchase I could justify right now. I still regret selling my 1024x. With hindsight it's clear that it was one of the best instruments I've owned. Keen price too...
9. I used to own this some years ago - very nice instrument - much more so than the more common Jazz Aerodynes I think. GLWTS

12. I need a bow quiver. I'd be glad to hear from anyone with one to sell. Thanks
13. Thanks for all your replies. It worked fine. Cheers!
14. Thanks all for your comments. I'll give it a go. What's the worst that could happen? (Don't answer that.)
15. Thank you. That's what I hoped to hear!
16. Advice welcomed. Apologies if there are other threads that would answer my question, but I'm very short of time to get sorted, so I'm leaping right in to ask.... Just learned that an outdoor gig I have tomorrow afternoon has no provision for power. I've arranged in the last half hour to borrow a 3kva petrol generator, but the owner expressed doubts about whether it would be up to powering my rig. I'm not up with the electrickery, so don't really know myself. I would like to use my markbass LMK head, rated at 300w into a single 8ohm cab. It wouldn't be powering anything else. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks in advance....
17. Very interested in the Detroit flats - one set at any rate - if still available?
18.
I've been trying to learn some of joe darts lines but the tempos always seem to be a little out of reach for my limited ability. :-( think I'll need to start a tribute band called halfpeck and play them all half time! :-)
Love this!
19.
This is great.
+ several million
