1.
Ampeg's 32x10 beast, actually works too, as does the giant SVT on top. Liam
Actually it's a 36x10! And the Giant SVT CL is 800W all valve I believe, or 1000W I was given the specs for them ages ago haha!
 2. What you got your eye on man? Will be sad to see this leave Aberdeen, one of my favourite basses up here it's LUSH!
 3.
You could just split the signal on the pedalboard. I do.
+1 Wouldn't say it's worth the hassle. If you like your sound, and your sound with effects, and like them together and want that all the time, split the signal with a splitter box, and just run two rigs. Unless you're determined by the active and passive thing, then you'd need to think very carefully about pickup type, pickup placement etc. I find the dual rig sound with effects can sound very odd unless you account for lacking areas in the overall sound. For example, with my Attitude, if I use distortion the P-pup and run the neck clean it sounds like it's lacking fullness and has too much in all the wrong areas. (My taste and 2 pence) Though when running the pickups seperate (when I do, which is rare) I use 3 rigs, 2 clean (one for each pickup) and one effected (P pickup) That said, I like the sound of both pickups together and running two rigs, both with both pickups together one clean one effected.Using both outputs, which is possible due to the wiring of the Attitude.
 4. 5 Pages and no one has mentioned Kasabian?! Kasabian - Club Foot
 5.
I had to strip one for a customer once. That sh*t is about 2.5mm thick ... I find wee bits of sage around the workshop all the time. Although no one agrees with me, I'm sticking to my guns - maple board and a mint plate.
Would look the buisness! I'm with ya man!
 6.
Well the Attitude Ltd 2 should be officially sold by the end of today, just need to find the BB714BS a new home now......................anyone want to give this lovely bass a home?
I do, but can't afford to! Cracking basses though, best of luck with the sale!
 7.
For what its worth guys i have a BB714BS in black like this one and its the bass i have been searching for for ever! I had an attitude but my little w***ing spanners hurt from playing the neck....it is designed by Mr Sheehan who has hands like frigging shovels FFS!...anyhow the 714BS is everything sound wise that the attitude is without the strained hands! I get feedback on mine which is pretty sweet! I am looking to buy another one, but i want the red one ..... and im gonna put a trem on it ) cos im a sick muthafukka hahahaha Good luck with the sale and, i repeat the BS is an exploding rock rhinocerous of a bass........
His hands aren't THAT massive man Wrist positioning has to change alot to compensate for the 'tude though. The BB714BS is a great bass. Nails the woofer-ier early Attitude tones!
 8. I want to hear that pickup
 9.
Obviously you mean Jazz with RW
One of the nicest basses I've ever seen that!
 10. Welcome to forum Joel! I've always felt from reading it, the magazine seems more aimed towards the older bunch (Mid twenties up) (Sorry! I'll duck for cover...) Though I have noticed it seeming much more "younger bass player friendly" these days, though all under 20 bass players I've met seem to act more middle aged anyway Though it seems harder than ever to get folk my aged (16ish) to read things like this, and with bass it's even tougher! Props to you guys at BGM. Also, can I be in the magazine?
 11. Wish I was old enough! Hope to go to one in future though, Have a blast and congrats to the future winner!
 12. Great bass for a great price!
 13. Ah thanks guys! Haven't been on the Barefaced website for a while now, and can't keep up with BGM! The '69er has given me too much GAS
 14. Ah, duplicate posted. Sorry mods! Delete please?
 15. Hey guys! It seems pretty common knowledge, and I've noticed in practise, that when using basses with more than one pickup, when using more than one the mids drop. And the further the pickups are apart the more the mids are decreased. Can someone explain why this is? Or is it all urban myth? The more scientific the better! I have a solid grasp on physics for a non degree holder of the public and love to read up on this stuff. Just curious really, AC

 18.
AttitudeCastler, Yes...Erland Caspersen IS a Warwick endorser! He is very talented...thanks for the comment! You can see his profile here: http://warwick.de/mo...tID=14569&cl=EN
Thanks! He is a MONSTER saw him and Jeroen Paul Thesseling on tour together this year. Crazy stuff! Need to get my hands on a Warwick asap! Never had the fortune to try one, but they sound incredible!
 19. Is Erlend Caspersen an endorseeing artist? Out of curosity. Music is very very down to taste, but boy can he rip the bass!
 20. Looks like he's ditched Laney then... Love both Orange and Laney though, can' beat british!
 21.
Are you doing it with Rockschool, or trinity? Or another board? I recently did my grade 8 trombone, and the sight reading (from the syllabus) seemed to be what you would expect from a grade 5/6 performance piece. I also don't know how much they go into theory and aural testing? I also don't see why they should restrict you on what kinda of bass you bring (as long as its in the correct tuning. )
Grade 8 Trombone ftw! (Well Bass Trombone ) Depending what board we can answer more questions, I've not sat but have had unoffically the Trinity and Rock School Grade 8 exams (Ie been examined by examiners under the respective boards, just not as a candidate for the certificate) Sight reading isn't bad when you get a grip of it. On some instruments (Bass Trombone included...) the modulations, timing, dynamics and jumps are there to catch you out but as a piece are never too bad.
 22.
It is a gray area, and like most of the techniques in bass playing, I think the technique that feels most comfortable and is able to give you what you need (e.g. being able to play fast/slow etc) is the one you need to find.
+10000000
 23.
That was erm...not what I was expecting! I also had a small childish chuckle to myself about the fact that his second name is Manring. a bit of 9 string w***ery however I think for the most part, it sounds pretty nice
Wouldn't call it w***ery at all. ChaoTh is a bloody fantastic bass player, talented and rights great lines, nice guy too! I'm friends with him in facebook
 24. Bloomin' love the Nexus cabs, would love to hear the difference! Glad you're happy with the result man!
