  1. And as ever with Gibson, lasted a year. If I had to guess, 2008/9
  2. Yeah they were set neck instead of multi laminate through neck, smaller head, same electronics. Sort of a sucked sweetie version, softer edges. there was a 5 string too and a short scale. Think they were £799 ish when full fat t-bird was £1100. Black or Wine Red.
  3. Knew I had it somewhere...
  4. Was going to say, sounds like a bass VI type sound through a guitar amp. Very cool, in that context.
  5. If the guy/girl can carve to that level...why is it a boggo standard neck with pen on the headstock. disgraceful.
  6. @Al Krow
  7. Yeah - very new to me, and apparently a recent addition to the product line up.
  8. I’d go without, always find figured tops with tort/Pearl look too busy and “Nashville” if that makes sense.
  9. Frustratingly there was a local guy on Facebook with a used hiscox...will find something though.
  10. Yeah it is - would have to source a hard case and factor in some way. Also would insist on it being an insured carrier. Definitely an option though.
  11. Think these were mid 2000’s. Nice looking things - wouldn’t mind the 34” version
  12. Hiya - just sat looking at the receipts from Christmas purchases, and the plans for home improvement in 2021... I have gone a bit mad since the initial lockdown, so as I’ve just bought a new bass and have 2 other p/j’s, thought I’d see what the interest would be in this beautiful thing. it’s 9lbs, sounds brilliant and has a 35 scale, it has EMG pickups, maple/walnut/alder (?) body wings. And the non trim tonepump pre. A couple of small dinks on the rear of the body, but is in great nick overall. It has no case/bag - it came with something I’d describe as a “firewood” case which was so scruffy, I binned it. I could source something for shipping I suppose. the 35” scale doesn’t feel odd, I suppose I’m used to fender sized bodies so with the smaller NS body, it all balances out.
  13. Yeah. They could do one. They have a habit of almost getting it right...but not quite.
  14. Even better 😍
  15. @Reggaebass is that the refinished roadworn P?
  16. I had one. It was really decent. Don’t think I paid a huge amount either. Pretty sure they were developed with DBX
  17. Love that blue
  18. Lovely...I’m skint. Good job really 😂
  19. Ah, I thought my vid would’ve been enough 😂🙄
  20. You gone blue or red? Or Gold?
  21. David Wilson is heroic. Ask @walshy
  22. TBX or maybe a bass/treble circuit. It was announced at the same Namm as Geddy Jazz, Miller Jazz and Duck Dunn P.
  23. I can’t. The above image is roughly the entire of Google’sworth...
  24. In about 1998, there was a very limited fender
