1. Pricedrop for one of the few (the only?) ACG Grafts with filterpreamp!
  2. Get yourself a great bass for a great price if you:

want to know where all the ACG fuzz is about
play a factory bass and would like to know how it is to play a handbuilt instrument of impeccable craftmanship
would like to try a five string bass
and without taking the chance to loose loads of money if you decide to sell it though.
  3. Experience the difference between a factory made and a hand made bass for a nice price. Guaranteed that you never want a fender again. or a swap for your ACG 4 string!

    My First ACG

Good luck (not that you need any with that bass)
  5. Bought a bass from Pierre. Great transaction and great communications! The last weeks we mailed daily about the shipping of the bass. He did his very best when the bass was stuck in a distribution centre in Germany to get the thing moving. he also gave me the opportunity to choose the case in which the bass shipped in. So, for my piece of mind, I could choose a solid and sturdy case. Thank you Pierre!!
  6. Up it goes Trade option added: an ACG 4 string.
  7. Bump for this great example of craftsmanship.

  9. Shipping costs? I checked the dutch forum. Lots of people use a courier company that ships the bass to the UK for around 20 gbp. Insured to the amount of 520 euro. 50 euro own risk. Good results. Never any problems of damages. Fully insured will probably be around 40 gbp, but I will have to do a bit more desk research to be sure. Edited the OP.
  10. Thanks gents, this is indeed a great bass. the filter preamp makes you sound as Marcus or a dub artist. Stingray sounds are also possible. I bought this from Peter to try a fiver and to play an ACG. Not unlikely that I will own a 4 string ACG in the future. The graft range brings you unbelievable value for money.
  11. 650 euro is only 560 GBP (approx)-bump
  12. Sold through dutch bass forum. Pricedrop for one of the few (the only?) ACG Grafts with filter preamp! Get yourself a great bass for a great price if you:

want to know where all the ACG fuzz is about
play a factory bass and would like to know how it is to play a handbuilt instrument of impeccable craftmanship
would like to try a five string bass
and without taking the chance to lose loads of money if you decide to sell it though. Mint condition (9.5/10) ACG Graft Gallas 5 string, including the famous filter preamp. Bought this a year ago from fellow BC-er Greeneking. Just to experiment how a fiver would work for me. So it turns out that I like to play 5 strings, but I like basses passive and with a 19mm spacing. So that is why I am selling this. This bass plays like a dream, very low action is possible. Also the assymmetric neck carve plays very naturally. So this price makes it possible for any buyer to do like I did a year ago and try an ACG out! The price is [s]650[/s] 620 euro (approx [s]560[/s] 535 GBP). Shipping will be 20 GBP (insured to 520 euro, 50 euro own risk) or around the 40 GBP mark (fully insured). The bass will be shipped in a old and worn hard case. Location of the bass: The Netherlands. Trades? A four string ACG would be nice! As said; pristine condition. Only 1 small ding at the back of the bass and a little scratch on the upper horn (both pictured). Some specs: Neck 5 string, 35" scale Bolt on 24 fret Rosewood board zero radius alloy side dots. 3 piece Maple neck with dual action trussrod. Asymmetric neck carve. Body Alder with black limba top Hardware Hipshot bridge Type B spacing 18mm. Gotoh GB7 tuners. ACG Custom FB humbucker. Hipshot string tree. ACG EQ02 3K/S filter preamp Uploaded with ImageShack.us

    New Zoom B3

So today Namm 2013 has started. But no sign of a B3 upgrade or the introduction of the long awaited MS-50B.

    Very nice!! Congrats.
  16.
If you mean the Darkglass B3K, then yes definitely! I know which would be cheaper though Saying that, I'd personally prefer the B3K!
No, sorry, I was referring to the Zoom B3. Since you and Dood own the B3, I was wondering if the B3 was capable to get near the sound of the modded ODB3.
  17. Nice mod. But wouldn't the B3 be capable to sound like this?
  18.
Antiqua Jazz with rosewood B&B. Slightly relic'd.
Or should I go for maple neck B&B? Whatever, If money isn't a factor I will have them both.
