At the end of november we (a dutch band) will be gigging at a family celebration kind of gig in Swansea. Can you please help me by giving me any advice about local companies for renting a PA and backline? Any other recommendations about where to stay, things to do / see and how to travel are welcome also.

Just quick check. I read the ovnilabs site hand a lot of posts from 51m0n, but want to be shure before I spend any money. I want to even out the volume differences between my playing fingerstyle hand pick. This is quite a difference because of my soft toch (fingerstyle). So, can a compressor help me with this? And is there a specific kind of compressor I should look for, giving the goals I am striving for?

Thx! Ordered from Thomann. Great service and communication. Their supplier shifted the delivery date. But since the cancellation I am considering a VT deluxe tech21 for my desired 3 stages of gain. Or settle for 2 stages and get me a BDI21 or Jackhammer. And a seperate compressor.

Ordered a B3 last week. But cancelled it when it became clear that delivery date shifted from 30th of May to 20th of june. Sold my looper and big muff in the meantime...
