1.
Had a bit of a clear-out to finance the Mark Bass mini stack . Done about half a dozen gigs and the volume and clarity is top notch . Lots of nods from guitarists + drummers who like the sound . ( kinda miss the valves and the 15'' speakers thought )
Are those 4x6s or 4x8s? I'm really curious about these cabs - are you able to describe the sound of your rig?
2. Our last gig was in a 500 year old large church with a very high ceiling. No matter what I did, I couldn't get a sound I was happy with and the bass was lost in the mix. People said they could feel every note I played but the detail was lost.
3. Bump for reduction. Probably withdraw this next week if there´s nowt doing.
4. Bump for price reduction
5. Thanks Lee - I can see me ending up keeping it, the country´s fooked and everyone´s skint. No shame, its óne the best if not the best cabs money can buy. It´s just a bit OTT for my present and future needs.
6. Droolsome Matt - let me know how you get on with it
7. Final reduction £320 or £350 with the gig bag. I'll be away for a week from today and will withdraw this when I get back.
8. Buyer pulled out due to car trouble - back up for sale or trade so wotcha got?
9. I actually twanged the strings of Macca's violin bass when I was a young boy in the 60's. He lived opposite me.
10. Thanks Ash - hope you're ok mate
11. Thanks but the Yammy's not what I need
12.
Don't fancy a trade for, hmm I have a Yamaha professional recording console + cash your way?
Can it be used to kill all the people I don't like? Will it bring me world domination? If so, you gotta trade
13. I too have owned this cab - have a bump on me.

15. You'll get a hundred different answers to this one but I'll start it off; For cheapish / nice feel / nice tone but don't last terribly long strings - Ernie Ball Slinkys First choice strings but expensive - DR Sunbeams Flats - Labella Deep Talkin' Light or TI Jazz flats (expensive) Status Hotwires are excellent strings for the money too.
16. Now sold - thanks everyone.
17. Very nice - I like Dingwalls a lot and that's a fine example.
18. Bump for price reduction - £330 or £360 with the gig bag.
19. Played at The Priory in Lancaster t'other night - it's a huge 500 year old listed church. Getting a decent sound was a bit tricky but we went down really well with the congregation of about 100. Here's a quick pic.
20. Loving the white one Stu - great to see you back too.
