1.
The main riff? Sounds like octave - gated fuzz - wet sounding envelope filter. 'Typical' synth tone as it were.
Theres a filter sweep in the mid part
 2.
What do you want it for? Envelope/Auto Wah duties? There are so many now it's hard to choose. I'm Still very happy with my Groove regulator. The MXR was good if not a little too wet for me. I picked up an old Tone Factor 442 Analogue Filter and that sounds awesome after fuzz! If you want an LPF and the Moog is too big it's got to be the Iron Ether - but Tonally it's TOTALLY different as a resonant filter.
You heard the muse song uprising? Theres a filter part in that which would work with an idea i have!
 3.
Really keen to hear the Dubscope - let me know how you get on!! So many toys, not enough hours...
Agreed! I wonder how well it will play with the BEF. Any suggestions on filter? The moog was too big!
 4.
Totally unacceptable!
I've got a dubscope on the way, interested in an EQ pedal (thanks to your blog!) and tempted by something to raise the octave.. Need a filter also.. Not sure what to get..
 5.
I've got a Diago Tourman you can take off my hands if you like
Hah! I 've been down that road before. It was a really heavy road.
 6. My guitarist now has a bigger board than me. This must be changed!
 7.
Yes it does.
Hahah that smiley is far to suitable!
 8.
Hehe. Currently working on something very purple this very minute.
There's a joke in here somewhere The thing you're working on - does it have a purple head(stock)?
 9. tempted by the POG - need youtube some vids!
 10.
You still coming into town today Paul? Who knows, you might end up GASsing for a custom build instead.
Do ittttt
 11. We use backing tracks and a click all the time. Only the drummer hears it. It's all good until he gets a bit excited - falls outta time, then we need to get the supersoaker out and get him to calm down
 12.
buy what sounds good, don't think a set ratio of monetary value needs to be / should be the yardstick
+1
 13.
The latest incarnation: Don't think there's room for any more!
Very nice. I miss my guvnor!
 14.
I do quite like the look of that. Not sure what i would do with that extra string though Eyes are still peeled.
They make brilliant thumb rests Also my mate did have one, he's since sold it Sorry!
 15. Arggg! I miss my ampegs. Once i'm back from New York I probs will Good bye money!
 16.
Although I don't have the PF210, I have a Classic 210 and from what I've gathered they're quite similar in volume levels and tone. My little rig's loud enough to fill a fairly large room with plenty of bass in a 5-piece band and that was only with the volume on 6! I was thinking of nabbing the PF210 off Buff, but decided against it as he 210HE is so similar! Truckstop
MUST RESIST!
 17. Also I love how the amp looks purple in the photo! Totally would love a purple (bass) head, go well with the bass!
 18.
Devils in the detail pal- post edited
Must resist the urge to buy one. I was tempted by the same deal on Andertons. How loud can the 210 go? Eg could you monitor only with that?
 19.
This. If someone can't be bothered to use a full point or capitalise the letter 'I', then I'm out!
Hah! I totally tried to proof read my post to make sure it was right! You win this round!
 20.
. The thing that has impressed me most was the price- great deal at £14 for the amp
Not a bad price On a more serious note:- I really fancy one of these with the 2x10 cab. Seem brilliant and exactly what I need.
 21. I have a general rule. I judge the way they type. If i get a PM about an item with terrible English (eg Tlking Lyk dis/y u no talk propa) i generally think "Hmm this spells trouble" And so far, the only issue I had was with a guy who typed like that, 1 @rse in several years aint bad! I shudder when I get "U stil gt the bass?!"
 22.
I tried an old ashdown abm (is that the one with the sliders?) MB1. "SLIDERS!..Thats how we roll here!"
