  1. Madden green from 1999, no refin
  2. It's a 1812, with a 18", a 15" and a 12" in it
  3. There are a pair of brake lights on the back!
  4. I tried the Elf, preferred this one..😄
  5. I think mine are the Alnico type 2, but don't let the word "distortion" misguide you, they sound warm but still with a clear midrange.
  6. For me it's Aero, www.aeroinstrument.com/pickups Both my Fender P Custom Shop have these, much more detail, still has the punch!
  7. Fender Bassman Neo 610, sounds great, it's light and easy to move around
  8. You might wanna try the Quilter BB800, Little amp with lots of punch!
  9. I use these a lot, 2x115
  10. Did the same with my Aguilar DB 728, 400 watts tube power amp, precision straight in it, no preamp!
  11. Hi Jan, Great amp you got there! I had the same back in the 80's, but not as good looking as yours. 1. Yes, it's a boost, I never needed it. 2. If possible, you should get that 70 Hz slider fixed. It's a nice Eq. 3. preamp out/ power amp in is basically an effects loop 4. If you connect something to the power amp in, it will disconnect the preamp out. I think it's best to connect both to the front ( that's how it works on my 320 and 370's, don't have the 126 anymore, but I'm pretty sure it works the same way) 5. Don't know if I have an owners manual, have to look for that Regards, and wishing you lots of fun with your amp! Cheers, Frank
  12. Fender Bassman 610 Neo! Best 610 to my ears, easy to move around, and looks great!
  13. Use your ears, just try what sounds best. I played a 4x10 and a 1x15 once, was unhappy with the sound and placed the 1x15 on top of the 4x10, big improvement.
  14. I do own one, best "vintage" P-bass I played. And I played a lot..
  15. Do try a Fender Custom Shop, especially the Pino Palladino Precision. Excellent bass!
