I didn't know about this! Why did I not know about this? Tantrum.... etc. Will definitely have either a black polo or a short sleeve t-shirt when next available. In a svelt XXL, thank-you!

Me want an orange one.

Orange XXL for me too

XXL!!!
erm...
I am not taking orders just yet because I don't know when they will be completely ready, and when they are, I have set up a special automated webshop so you can fight over them yourselves :0)
2. Steady on! It's only been on for a day! it's quite an unusual pedal, so give it some time
  3. all right now - free. I'd not heard the song the first time we covered it!
  4. be careful with GAK - you're actually emailing their sister company, GAK.com. the in store GAK is a different business, but I'm sure they can supply pedals to the instore GAK for you to but there. I think tha's their mutual agreement.... I think
  5.
5. With every pedal on and actually doing something audible to the signal you should get a musically usable sound where the tune being played can still be recognised and simply a cacophonous swirl or echoes and feedback.
Do you get a useable tone when you turn on all your pedals? Well, I've actually got a woolly mammoth, an OD, a BMS and a wah, so for me it's yes, but I think that each pedal should have it's purpose, and not just be contributing towards a sound. Each should be usable on it's own, and should sound damn good!
  6.
remember all that good stuff like taking deep breaths to calm those nerves, don't overplay, make facial contact with people whilst playing etc.
:brow:
  7.
Cheers for the help guys, I think I may just try the Big Muff just to see if it is any good (but from the feedback...it may be completly opposite), so Ill just have to hang about and wait for the bass big muff to appear in GAK in Brighton. Cheers, Josh
I'm pretty sure you can order them in to GAK - just ask one of the guyus that lookis as though he knows what he's doing.
  8. intresting... subscribed! I'm in the same situation!
  9. I did sir duke and (not sure about specifics) overall, including test and everything got a B. but that was very rushed! I'd reccommend something like jamiroquai - not all examiners like rock music and muse, etc. I find that there is not a single soul on the planet that does not like funk.
  10.
Like that Gibson?
Yeah, just generally a bass version of the robot guitar!
  11. This won't be here for long at that price - if i didnt have a tuner then I might buy it!
  12. 90% sure it's your lead. Change it!
  13. Pretty impressive! Maybe slightly too many dead notes, but still pretty nice!
  14. eeeehhhhhhxcellent as a certain character from a certain cartoon would say.
  15. there's a drunk thread for a reason
  16. No one's having a go at you, mate. It's just that we're just saying you shouldn't post stuff on here being harsh when all he did was accept an offer that was closer to his asking price. If you'd offered him the asking price, then it would be different. now... back on topic before the thread locking monster comes.
  17. get off here, join a band, and if you can't fins one then go solo and show jaco what real playing looks like.
  18. A bit of an old quote, but...
Used an Ashdown for the first time in ages and ages at a gig yesterday and remembered why I don't use them, next gig back to the Ampeg.
Is that because you use ampeg maybe? They're very expensive for a very good reason
  19.
Who tucks their shirt in anyway??
(dont forget the average age of people here) Good idea, but half of me looks forward to the day when my bass is all battered up and has chips in it and everything. The other half has bought 4 of these - 2 for each bass in case one gets worn out half way through a gig.

    Hello

ha, I can see why you'd hate a warwick head and cab if you've been using ampeg! haha, welcome!
  21.
ok, I'm game! I am:- Old Fingers Jenkins!
I knew fish fingers were a fruit!
