1. I think they work again now.....Sorry.Ihave no idea what happened there....
2. No fretlines. Dots on the fingerboard. Use the force young Skywalker....
3. NOW TRADED. Many thanks for looking. Need to trade this one. A nice bass as it goes. Plenty of 'mwah', low action, nice and clean - apart from one small dink on the back of the upper bout- but I'm afraid it has at least one too few headstocks and one too many strings for me. Comes with Steinberger soft case and tools. I'm looking for any of the following, obviously with appropriate extra cash from me: Rickenbacker 4001/03 Kramer 650B Any Jaydee Guild 301/02 Any other interesting bass. Viewing welcome. 7. Hello, Terrific bass. Would you post a few more pics of the Exploiter please- I may be doing something stupid but I can only see one? Many thanks Stuart
8. Just seen this. What a lovely bass. Good for you for doing the restoration. Those old arias are truly wonderful. Enjoy!
9. By gum that is lovely. GLWTS ps. I believe it's a set neck not through? Might be wrong like, but I don't think so?

11. Hi there, thats a lovely looking guitar, it might be just what I'm looking for! Would you be kind enough to give me the dimensions of the thing. Also I'm interested in the volume, I'm looking for an instrument that could keep up with a washboard and an acoustic guitar without an amp (thats a bit of a holy grail I know!). Have you ever used this in a group setting? If so, what was the result. Many thanks Best S
12.
Optimum number of basses is always n+1 where n is the number of basses you currently own.
Love it....:0)

lovely bass. Good luck with the sale.
14. I've recently aquired one of these. Really cool device. The strings (I think the original red Aquila ones) are strangely lumpy and rubbery. Any ideas for alternative strings I could try ? Something that feels a bit more like a roundwound would be good, though probably not attainable If anyone has any thoughts. I'd be grateful for the advice.
15. I'd keep them if I were you. That Washburn is a thing of great beauty... Best of luck, whatever you decide to do..

17. Hi there, Is this still available? Best S
18. Hello Everyone, I recently purchased a Kala fretless ubass (from Burg on here- a pleasure to deal with) and although I love the instrument, I'm a bit underwhelmed by the built in piezzo pickup. Wondering if anyone has any tips to improve things, or thought on an alternative pickup? Thanks Stuart
19. I've got one of these, a 1973, slightly different fretboard and control layout. Awesome machine. Fantastic sound. Have a bump on me and good luck with the sale. For this money, it's a bargain.
20. Beautiful bass. Have a bump on me.
21. The first proper amp I ever bought- in 1985- was an AH150 with a GP11 preamp (I assume a markV, but I'm not sure) which I used with a Trace elliott eight by ten box. It was utterly phenomenal. I foolishly sold it in about 1992 (broke, seemed like a good idea at the time etc etc) and I have spent the entire time since trying to come anywhere close to the sound of it. I would second what others have said about these amps. They are/were amazing. Only sorry I flogged mine....
22. Hi there, is this still for sale? Best Stuart
