1.
Here you go.... this is my Fernandes non-reverse Thunderbird:
That headstock looks very Spector-like, and the inlays too.
2. My Ibanez guitar case smelled horrible, stale cigarettes...... I got a bunch of leaves (bay leaves I think), which were pretty fragrant, and stuck them in the case. Left it out open in the sun for a few days, and then closed it up with the leaves in. As for the guitar, I put loads of lemon oil and fast fret on the fretboard, new strings, cleaned out the hardware. And just left it in my bedroom.
3. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/STRATIVARIUS-STINGRA...1QQcmdZViewItem Anyone ever seen/played one of these, from the pictures its just a no-name SR5 copy (or rather a 5 string SR4) I'm just wondering how badly wrong I can go for 110 quid. I want a cheap 5 string with a maple fretboard, I guess its either that or waiting for Rondo music to get some back in stock, so I can import one.
4. BUMP!!! Anyone?
5. Preferably something Trace Elliot? 150-300w? Anyone?
6. Do you think the Music outlet shop EVER sells any instruments?
7. Now thats how you sell a bass.
8. Does a MIM jazz bass interest you at all?
9. Whereabouts are you?
10. I'm tempted to go on it, seeing as its in Derbyshire.
11. How many watts is it? And are you interested in trades?
12. Why would there be wear in the middle of the bass, under the strings?
13.
Oh and Peavey is developed by a Metal legend in the shape of Dave Elefson (original Megadeth bassist)
Yes, I quite like his tone actually. He definitely goes all-out Peavey gear doesn't he? ......I mean Basses, Heads AND Cabs?
14. The amp has a minimum impedence of 2ohm, its one of the older USA models. Should I be looking at cabs which have a higher or lower power rating than the amp? The amp is 450W RMS @ 2 ohms, 300W RMS @ 4 ohms, 170W RMS @ 8 ohms So basically, if I'm looking at a 4 ohm cab, will something around 200 watts do, or is it better to have something over 300w?
15. I got one of these, and I have decided not to sell it. Whats the most cost effective cab I can get for it? I play in a metal band (Think Metallica, Slayer etc) with 2 guitarists. They both have pretty loud valve amps (about 50-100w) I was thinking of getting a matching Peavey 1x15 cab off the bay, and when I needed more volume, get a 2x10. Good idea?
16. I've got a Peavey MAX 450 head if your interested, its not rack mountable though
17. That story seems pretty BS. I'm sure anybody could come up with a far better one. Theft? Fire? Item was listed elsewhere and is therefore no longer for sale?
18. Would a MIM Jazz bass in Midnight Wine interest you at all?
19.
Shouldn't that be HoHoHo you Joker, ahem back on topic what computer parts you after duffnutman?
Graphics cards mainly, Something high end like a Nvidia 8800GTS or a Radeon 2900HD. Or Socket 939 AMD Athlon X2 processors, OR Creative X-fi Sound cards.
20. 100w plus I guess. What do you have in mind?
21. OK, Definitely want to sell this now. £150 anyone? Will also consider trades or part-trades for bass combos, 7 string guitars, or computer parts

I have a rosewood MIM Jazz neck if your slightly interested?
23. Don't mean to hijack, but where did you get the 4+1 from?
24. RG2570s are great guitars. I have an older RG570 which is very similar, its a great guitar. Great price too have a bump.
25. Right on the picture I'm in the South Yorkshire area, anyone got ANY sort of bass cab they'd like to trade for it? Its in reasonable condition, a few scratches here and there, and a bit of wear on the bridge (Which is currently blocked), but it still plays and sounds great, especially for a beginner guitar. I've got loads more pictures, just ask.
