1. Beautiful grain and nice relic. True oldie!
2. If it's helpful for people over there, I had seen one like this (but fretless) available at NYC's Sam Ash shop a year ago, and it was something like $725 if I don't remember it wrong. Beautiful nice bass, top of the line made in Japan!
3. Made in Japan to my knowledge, and beautifully constructed. 80s hair metal Bump
4. Hey thanks for the advice. I didn't have any intention of doing new holes or something, but it's good to know these things about resale value in case I got tired of it. Anyway, my plan is the possibility of doing some kind of P-bass resembling the ones used by Glenn Hughes or John Wetton, natural 70s P-bass with classic pickup. BTW I've bought time ago some stuff (pickguard and bridge) from Guitar Fetish for a Jazz Bass and they seem to offer quite a good quality for the price, but for the pickup I'm probably digging a Seymour Duncan SPB-1 or SPB-2, perhaps it's better the first one for vintage "reconstructing". Probably the most difficult thing to find is the neck, and the most expensive apart from the body. I'll tell you how things could go
5. Hi everyone, I've recently won a 74 P-bass body on Ebay and I was wondering what kind of materials I could use to "reconstruct" the bass, not with vintage parts but modern ones, through two points of view: 1.Good materials, less than $700 for everything (not counting the body) or... 2. Average materials, but much cheaper, perhaps $300-400 (not counting the body) At the moment I've got a Guitarfetish vintage-type bridge and my guess is that could work okay, but I was wondering especially about the neck, tuners and pickup (for that one I've thought of SD Basslines SPB-1 vintage voiced model). Anyone for tennis? Could you give me suggestions from any (or both) ways of "reconstructing" the bass and play it for real? Thank you :hyper:
6. If I didn't win that Ebay item (a Kramer The Duke bass) this one would come to my house!!
7.
It doesn't look a lot different to this:
He looks like Stevie Wonder on that pic BTW, is this the beginning of a Warwick trend like Lakland during the last decade? Who would buy that "$&/·@$" bass for that price? You've got some Streamer stuff out there!
8. "updates every 2 hours!!" That's why you can't find them. Probably sold! Unfortunately.

Jazz Bass is traded. Thanks.
10. Jazz and P tones! However, the unmatched pots were a bad decission from PRS... But price is a steal!
11. That Vigier looks amazing!
12. Weekend bump. Some people interested in the Ibanez, so be quick and make good offers!
13.
I think the seller was telling you porky pies.
Or perhaps I was too inocent...
14. OK, sorry if I commented something without checking out some info. It is, anyway, a 1981 (serial number denotes) guitar, which is one of the last ones ever made. I was told by the seller that the quality of Japan-made instruments went down around mid-80s, so I supposed that this was pretty good, as the lead guitar of "Parking Fox" (a band with 20 years on the road) also told me these copies were the closest to "the real thing" he had, a Gibson Les Paul Custom who played the same night I talked to him. It is, actually, a great quality guitar. Actually, I was thinking of a price between GBP 450 - 500. It doesn't seem to have been used too much these years. The seller told me he bought a Fender Stratocaster not much later because of Rory Gallagher, an important influence on Madrid (the seller's city) for future guitar heroes by that time. That's probably the main reason he didn't played it too much. Fender Lead One about 400-450 (the neck isn't original). But I hear offers anyway.
15.
Looks like you need a duster!
Absolutely I didn't play them for at least 6 months as I've centered on the bass playing, so don't worry
