2. Enjoyed that. Different and interesting. I like gamelan stuff a lot.
 3. I saw a lovely Epi Les Paul on Ebay and thought it looks an awful lot of bass for the money.Block inlaid fretboard, nice detailing on the head, hard case,it went for £166.I quite fancy one of those, the current Les pauls look rubbish in comparison. Any opinions chaps and chappesses.
 4. Won me a set at the SE BassbBash.Dead chuffed is I andthey're going on my Jazz!
 5.
As long as it's not too ugly.
Is this one pretty enough for you!
 6.
I'll do a slower one...
I've slowed it down by 25%and its still too quick for my numpty fingers so I'm learning it at 50%. By rights once I've built up the muscle memory I should be able to increase the speed but to get to your speed, well, I dunno.Thats some playing there Jake. Thats what 5 hours of practice a day does. I've used Seventh string Transcribe to slow it down, cheaper than a Tascam bass trainer.
 7.
Right click - save as
Okey dokey all sorted now and Pauls a happy bunny. Ta very much Dave and by the way I loved your gear at the bash on Saturday. One day I may get one of those Mesa's meself.
 8. I click on it and it plays ,no problem.I would just like to move it into a music folder on my desktop where I put all the pieces that I'm working on. Golly that sounds grand, what I really mean is the stuf I'm trying to learn to play.
 9. Thanks for that Jake, very much appreciated. Can't seem to copy and paste to my desk top.missus will probably sort that for me hopefully.

 13.
House of Fun is one of my favourite bass lines ever, it's nuts. And a near 100%-perfect pop song.
Pure Joy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't make em like that anymore.
 14.
They all have equipment but turn up at other people's gigs without their stuff and expect to play.
Hope you told them to piss off ,cheeky w***ers.
 15. I will contribute a houseplant
 16. When I was about eighteen Jack Bruce came into the camera/hifi shop Iwas working in and I asked him to autograph my guitar case that I had with me. It had my first bass an old Vox in it. He was really obliging but when i look back it must have been a cringeworthy moment. I wonder where that case ended up,I sold about a year or two later.
 17. I got a lovely baritone uke from The Really Useful Music Company on Ebay ,they import them.Just search For baritone ukulele. Its a Clearwater, spruce top black fibreglas bowl back like an Ovation, mahogany neck rosewood fingerboard and a finish to kill for. Fantastic instrument for £119.95. Lovely tone as well. I thought I'd put some piccolo bass strings on it but I'm just going to use it as it is for the time being.
 18. Hi Kev Surprised you haven't sold this lovely instrument yet. I'm getting on really well with with the sunburst jazz you sold me,so pleased with it.She's now sporting a red torty scratch plate and looks so sweet. Anyway have a bump Cheers,Paul
 19.
So to date we have 57 people bringing kit, plus just one who has more sense. Are we expecting other non-kit Basschatters to turn up on the day? And may I be the first to congratulate Chris B on his impeccable planning ... an entire day of playing with other people's toys - brilliant!
Err yeah I'll just bring me lunch.

 23.
These look very yummy...the black one looks lovely. HERE The headstock looks a little more chunky than the Gibson, but the Epiphone logo kind of carries it off. I have a black BadAss II somehwere here from my unfinished Spectorbird project too. To affirm the US pricing, the 5-string carries an MSRP of $999, the 4-string $832. P
Don't think so Paul. I do believe you sold it to me.
