@AndyTravismay remember where he bought it. I've seen some similar online badged as a Vintera neck, which are roasted, but the online pictures seemed like a different colour to this one. I'm not sure tbh

For sale (no trade offers please) a Modern Player Jazz bass in black. This bass has been through the hands of a few forum folks . I think @AndyTravismay have rescued this from a studio and breathed new life into it with the new neck and tuners?? Then I inherited it from @eadin a trade. Hardly any signs of wear at all that I can find. The new jazz neck is fantastic. It's a roasted maple type with a lovely satin finish on the back. Rock solid hipshot tuners. Four way toggle switch on the pickups. Just go to YouTube for a quick overview of the four settings. I preferred it using full humbucker mode at the neck combined with single coil at the bridge. I didn't have to do much with it really apart from get it properly set up (nut needed fixing up) and add new strings. All good now. Tricky to price (for me anyway). £550 to 600 on Reverb??? Collection from Manchester although I'm happy to drive 45/60 minutes to meet halfway if someone is going to buy it. Welcome to try it here at my house through my practice amp. PS sticker is only on the scratch plate. I'll remove it and clean up any residue before collection.

Always wanted one of these...badly. I think it's the 70s logo that lures me in. Really cool bass.

I did some recording recently with my bass butler. Really pleased with the results....very 'amp like'. Just used it to get a nice warm clean ish sound with my pedal board in front of it. Really recommend it.

For sale my Black Bitsa P Bass. Consisting of Fernandes early 80s body, MIM neck and Tonerider pickup. Still got the original Fernandes neck for what it's worth. It's had washer treatment on the truss and a big old fret dress but it's still not great above the octave so I threw in the towel A great bass good for decades more now with the replacement neck. Body has some natural ageing on it but nothing horrible at all. Strap button has been moved at some point so there is a small hole that can easily be filled at the bridge end. Just never got around to it. Collection from Manchester. No trades please. Happy to discuss a meet up within an hour or so drive.
