  1. I am looking to sell my Teal Yamaha BB435. Lovely bass that I have really enjoyed over the past couple of years but the time has come to make some room. It plays really well with a nice slim neck but could do with a good setup. There are no dings but are some surface scratches, especially on the back. There is some slight wear on the fretboard and I also had to apply a small amount of super glue to the tuners to stop them rattling (common issue on these models) Comes with an old gig bag which is a bit tatty but better than nothing. Collection from Warwickshire near Stratford-Upon-Avon. Any questions let me know.
  2. Really great bass guitars.
  3. I was seriously tempted but that would just be greedy. I love my 605 and 604 the build quality, playability and sound are top quality.
  4. Why am I so tempted by this... I already have a 605 in this colour and a 604 in wine red. I must resist. Looks lovely and great price GLWTS!
  5. If only there was postage... Nice
  6. Lovely looking 405. I absolutely love my 605 and 604, fabulous bass guitars.
  7. I did the superglue trick last week and it worked a treat! yes use the high viscosity stuff and it only takes a couple of drops.
  8. Great instruments. Love this colour. I have the B435 in teal and the neck profile on these basses is superb. GLWTS
  9. They are both really great looking instruments and both finishes are very tasteful. I am really enjoying the way they play, they are light but sturdy and the range of sounds that they can make is so good. I am amazed by the quality of yamaha instruments, even their budget options.
  10. My BB604 & BB605 and I have a BB435 away in its case. I think I may well and truly have the Yamaha bug....
  11. Looks awesome. I love the way my BB605 plays so much that I have just ordered to BB604 to go with it. Keep us posted on how the modifications go.

  13. Thank you for the feedback. This has to be worth a try before replacing them. 👍👍
  14. Hi All, I have a Yamaha BB435 and two of the tuning pegs are making a horrible rattling noise at certain frequencies. I have done some searches and it looks like it is a common fault with these lightweight tuners. I have been looking at what I could use to replace them and have seen that people have used the Schaller BML machine heads (they look the same dimensions except the length of the peg is shorter). I was wondering if anyone had used these tuners on any of the new BB series basses and even better if anyone had any photos to share. Thanks! 😊
  15. Bought an Aguilar Octamizer from Doug. Fantastic seller, thank you!
