  1. Wow, that looks great with the brown tort pickguard. Where did you get that from?
  2. Wow, that is the ultimate combination 😍
  3. The JMJ is an absolutely outstanding bass 😀! Love the size of these beauties, perfect for playing whilst sat on the sofa 😀
  4. Lovely bass and in my view the best colour of the performer series. Good luck with the sale.
  5. Here is my CIJ in Fiesta Red, love it!
  6. After having a couple of false starts with short scale I have finally picked up a beauty of a bass. A 2005 CIJ Fender Mustang in Fiesta Red. It arrived earlier this week and the first thing I did was put some TI Flats. It has a great vintage tone and is a joy to play. The neck is really nice and feels like a jazz bass. I had a JMJ for a few days before returning it due a to a few little issues. I think the JMJ had the slight edge in terms of tone output from the pickup, that is a very special pickup. But I do prefer the finish and neck on this instrument over the JMJ. It is such a fun bass to play with a lovely tone. This one is a keeper for sure 😀😀
  7. So good to see the bridge being used 🙂🙂. Lovely set of instruments 👍!
  8. I have been very impressed with the sounds I can get out of the 734A. I have also been very surprised how good it sounds in passive mode and I love the fact there is no change in volume when switching between active and passive.
  9. Nice looking BB604 on eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-Bb604-Bass-/114878061346?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286&mkrid=710-127635-2958-0
  10. This sounds very interesting. Which Delano preamp did you use? Was it easy to fit?
  11. @Ricky Rioli @ChrisJaxon thanks for the reply. I know what you mean with the BB growl that you get from the nickel rounds. I do like that sound but I find the nickel strings it came with sound a little dull in tone. I might have to give some chrome's a try. I have stainless steel rounds on my BB604 and 605 which I love but I do like the idea of a classic sound with the P pickup (this is my only non jazz configuration).
  12. They sound incredible and look so good too. Enjoy 🙂!
  13. Really enjoying the new BB734A. I love the fact you can run it passive or active (something my BB604 & BB605 can't do). The build quality and attention to detail is superb. Has anyone used flatwound strings on this bass or a similar model? And would you recommend it? Thanks 👍
  14. Another one for the stable 😍
