That looks pretty funky . Some of those sounds are like the synth sounds of the boss me 8-b. Look forward to seeing some bass demos on you tube.

I just flicked briefly through this interesting thread. I will read it all though in time . Sounds like the o p could/ should keep the band he is in , and do a few projects all the while improving his creativity and talent he has. Myself : because I learnt quite late to play originals IMHO ( 1st gig on my 30th birthday ) , I have been in covers bands on and off over the years. The 'off' bit being when I was always out having beer with no time for the bass at all. Being on my own and bored of bitchy bands, I got involved in recording stuff. However, I find it all too laborious and glitchy. (See my soundcloud / Mac mini threads;) ) I've now got a small Roland combo coming tomorrow , complete with bells and whistles . ( err I mean effects and drum machine and tuner ) This means I could just play with myself so to speak, ignoring the GarageBand etc. When I'm in the right frame of mind , I will probably seek other musicians to play along with for fun in a tehearsal room . Hopefully a keyboardy person , a drummer and a guitarist. That should leave me fulfilled No more mustang Sally / sex on fire/ wishing well for me . I'll miss playing paranoid though

Thank you Rich I forgot about it being stereo too. At least I think it is . If I like it , then I will keep it , sell the g k , and get the 120xl . I like the cheesy you tube clips for that

Cool! Don't see many of these micro cubes on eBay , unless you buy new. Looking forward to playing with it tomorrow

Well, I saw a bass micro cube on eBay today. It was wrongly listed as a bass cube 30 amp . From rich tone music £110 Posted second hand . So , I pulled the trigger..and should get it weds. I left them a polite note of what I won, stating it was 5 watts, and not 30. I got it for the drum machine which is not on the other cube models. So we'll see

I looked everywhere for the upload section. I had to find it the Google way . Most of the page is telling me to go pro for £4 A month. I probably will eventually. When I upload a short track (13 .29mb) it is taking forever. My internet connection ( using my Mac mini ) isn't very good today . No idea why. Plus my computer needs a lot of stuff to be removed . When I get another external h d I'll do that . This uploading malarkey is so slow and tedious. Don't know what's doing it to be honest. Rant over
