  16. This led me on to the great track by Wayne Wade- Poor and Humble ,which was produced by Linval and like lots of tunes back then was backed by the Roots Radics

Listened to one of my favourite artists last night, the album Six Babylon by Linval Thompson, it just has to be heard every now and again, it was released around 1979 and imo one of his best, really great Basslines from Robbie Shakespeare and Lloyd Parks and mixed by scientist, here’s a few tracks , both is the extended version .

  21. It’s not really my thing either , but slightly off topic, I did read that when Bob Marley heard that song he liked it and wrote Punky Reggae Party, so something good came out of it 🙂
