[b]Please note[/b] that I don't have the [b]16[/b] [b]fixing screws[/b] for them (which is how they came to me) but the screws can be sourced quite easily and cheaply on Ebay amongst other places.. As you can see, it's still in it's original packaging and is completely unused, so is in excellent condition. Feee BUMP for some of these valves.. I was lucky to try some of them out recently and they're really good - much better than the stock valves I had in my amp and pre-amp before. Especially the 1965 Millard, which sounded great in my Hughes & Kettner amp. I opted for the Sylvania in the end but only because the difference between it and the Millard was quite marginal, and the Sylvania was that much cheaper. Otherwise.. Anyway, great gear and you can't go wrong when dealing with Gareth, who's always a pleasure to deal with.

So yes, Super Jazz is about right [/quote] I think you're spot-on with this assessment Chris.. I've had 3 Roscoe Beck 5 strings and I felt they were more of a Jazz bass than a P bass.. Great nonetheless in so many ways, but still , ultimately, its more of a Jazz bass tonal palette.
