  1. That’s amazing! It’s a universal part apparently. With a bit of sanding and all that I’m sure it would fit.
  2. Harley Benton Standard Series Telecaster. This is a lovely guitar for the princely sum of £60. It was bought as a gift, but my daughter didn’t want it so is in my Big Yellow Storage locker. Few minor marks from being moved he ultimately in lovely, nearly new condition. specs here: https://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_te_20mn_ca_standard_series.htm £60

  3. I recently picked this up for a project but I have no time or need for it. I was just a bit bored and it seemed like a good idea at the time. It’s a superb Vintage bass on deep candy apple red. It’s in excellent condition with barely any use and the plastic still on the scratch plate. It comes with the neck and tuners. Now some of the frets on the neck are lifting. Personally it doesn’t seem a big deal to me, but it’s how it was sold to me. So consider is as £80 for an amazing and almost new bass body with a free neck! RRP on this is about £330. £80 Collection in Bristol or Royal Mail postage at cost.
  4. sorry got excited and didn’t read all the messages!
  5. I need a battery cover for Roland Streetcube. Could you print that?
  6. I’ve never known a bridge make a difference to tone. But you can remove and resell the bridge.
  7. I picked this up from the veneral Beedster, but it doesn’t fit for what I need it to do. It’s a lovely neck in excellent condition. 4 screw fixing, frets in great condition. there is a slight crack above the nut but it’s not a problem. Comes with all the tuning gear too. £265 secures it and I’ll be a shame to see it go.
  8. Also looks like a Badass bridge which is a good upgrade!
  9. Do you mean this? https://devineking.bandcamp.com/album/the-devine-king-project-vol-1 It’s not my thing either, but fair play to Scott for doing more than some lounge jazz BS.
  10. It’s everything you want in a handmade double bass at a reasonable price. If it doesn’t sell, I’ll leave it here and enjoy it every day. How would I describe it? It’s like owning a sports car without having a driving licence.
  11. That’s a compliment if ever I heard one! It’s been played a lot this bass which has really helped I think. The neck now has a lovely worn in feel. Of course, if you prefer you can sand and refinish it back to as good as new!
  12. Here is my Eminence bass for sale. It’s arguably the best and most authentic EUB (it’s effectively a shrunk down double bass) on the market, bar a super expensive Kolstein. It’s fitted with Spirocore Weichs and has been professionally set up. It plays and sounds great! The bass has some wear including scratches and nicks, but ultimately it’s a gigging bass and that’s what happens. There is one scratch that looks like a crack (pictured) but it isn’t! Comes with the Eminence case. This is the fixed neck model, not the removeable neck one. Collection in Bristol only. Price is pretty firm as I can and do still use this.
  13. This is a bit of a heartbreaker, but it’s got to happen. Here’s my Paul Bryant Soloist (number 119). I’ve owned this from new, in fact I commissioned it from him and have the bill of sale. It’s a soloist model, and is still on his website. He describes it this way: “This model has back, sides and head from figured English sycamore, and a front of Sitka spruce, cut some 30 plus years ago, the instrument is covered in a golden brown oil varnish. Length of back 43ins, string stop 40.5ins.” https://www.bryantbasses.co.uk/basses This has had a new bridge, fingerboard shoot and set up by Martin Penning where it was given new Spriocore Weichs. There are a few marks in the top, but nothing major. The action is low and the sound beautiful. It comes with the Realist pickup here and can come with a case if you need one. Reason for sale is the realisation I don’t play it well enough and I simply can’t justify it and I don’t want to hold onto things just for the sake of owning them. It would much rather it was played by someone who can enjoy it. I’m better off with my aluminium beater bass. Images here are a guide. I’m expecting buyers to come and play. I have a music room/office and you can spend as long as you like playing during the day. Price of £5995 reflects the initial cost, add ons, work and value I was given by a shop.
  14. Two businesses I work with have gone into receivership this week and I’m owed money by two firms who I am taking to court. The economy is suffering and so are people.
  15. My wife lost her job this week (she has two, so it's only 50% as bad as it could have been), but that's put my room of gear into perspective.
  16. Can’t play a Gm7b5 ? Learn how with these book! (it’s actually pretty simple to be fair)
  17. Nail. Head.
  18. What a scumbag!
  19. I have a spare external monitor adapter too if someone needs it. This is great for a basic studio.
  20. This is now packaged up and ready to go but the sale fell through. Anyone?
  21. I once sent a Musicman Stingray and was meant to go to Germany and ended up in Spain - never to be seen again.
  22. Compendium and Evolving Upwards now sold!
