I can see it would be all sorts of interesting. However, without a click track it will be a solo or recording instrument only. I used to have a Boss Slicer which created fabulous ideas. But was utterly unusable live without a click - which I did not have. Don't get me wrong, it looks very interesting indeed.

I work in an educational institution which has a library budget. If we do not spend that budget it will be made smaller next year. We have not spent the budget. Could anyone suggest any good things to get? I am not specifically looking for bass books. General music books, good stuff about songrwriting and other aspects of the industry, biographies, sleeve art (not tattoos!) books. Anything really. TIA.
