  1. I had a go of the tour 450 in soundcontrol in edinburgh a month or so ago and it sounded pretty good to me through the peavey 1x15 it was hooked upto. didn't have much time to have a propper play about with the octave thingy but for less than £300 with pleny of features it gets a thumbs up from me.

  9. In order to make way for a pending purchase my trusty maverick B1 is up for grabs folks. Specs on this bass are 2piece swamp ash body bolt on (5 bolt) 3 piece neck (maple/bubinga/maple) AAA indian rosewood fretboard 24 frets 2 humbucker pups 3 band active eq (9v) cut/boost centre dented controls, with internal gain trim pot to adjust the output of the pups ( handy if you dont want to fry your practice amp) 2 'evolution' roller volume knobs which depite the wierd looks are a breeze to use smoked chrome hardwear gunmetal silver finish the bass sounds great and has a wide range of tones via the 3band eq is very flexable, its in great nick with only a couple of small dings on the headstock and a few scratches on the back due to belt buckles in fact you can hardly notice them. The bass will be shipped in a TKL semi hardcase which is like new. I'm looking for £200 for this + about £15 postage, its a great bass and i'd rather sell this on here to a fellow member rather than ebay it, I'll put up more pics tomorow as the light is cack the now.
