1. What sort of sounds are you after and I'll recommend pedals from that. Only thing I will say is beware Musictoyz they suck ass
2. Well with one of those boss 6 pedal cases and a pedal train jr you'd fit all your pedals on. Depends on your layout.
3. www.tonefactor.com best in the business I've bought over 40 pedals from them awesome service
4.
I've added an extra little board, tried to tidy it all up a bit, gigged with it a few times, and then kind of messed it up again!
I have a boss mini board that might be better for you holds 3 boss pedals. but looks good.
5. I have a Valenti 5 string if that interests you? If you are remotely interested I'll post pics and specs and stuff. Let me know
6.
External measurements are 79.5 cms wide, 49.5cms deep and 59.0 cms high excluding castors.
Sorry man just checked now and it's only the height that is the problem, dammit
7. AWESOME SOLDDDDDDDDDD
8. No you'd be wrong nothing like a Pickle
9. Jojo Mayer Josh Freese Simon Philips
10. No pans aren't as important
11. Oh for god sakes just as I start saving for a bass. Partial trade for a cxl? loads of cash from you
12. Good condition, few scratches etc but fully functional. I don't have the box or manual for this but its easy to use and sounds great. I'll post a picture tonight but you know what these look like I'm after £65 ono for this Cheers
13. This is an old Japanese boss pedal that is in very good condition usual scratches and such. It has various modes including Gate (Great for those snare drum sounds), Hall, Room and Delay. The delay is very similar to a DD-3 only warmer and more analog in feel closer to the DD-2 and DM-3 sort of sounds I don't have the box for it. I will post pics tonight but I'm after £65 for this. Cheers
14. Selling because I'm buying a new bass. This pedal is in mint condition and is one of 5 ever made and only 4 were ever released as Nic kept one for himself. You can see it here Sounds like this http://www.grygrx.net/Pedal%20Reviews/Cata...d%20Phaeton.mp3 The led flashes to the speed you set, this is a very unique sounding phaser. Only has 2 minor issues one being velcro on the bottom (not really an issue I know) and the other is the input jack can be a bit finiky it works except when the jack is in a certain position where it then cuts out, I've never had a problem with this while it was on my board as it stays still it's just to let you know. I'm after £100 but am open to trade offers and such. Enjoy
15.
I thought this was the standard VBF:
Barge do alot of custom work mine also has blend and 100% wet but no feedback loop
16.
But OTOH, Passive blenders mess with your impedance and can cause all kinds of hum and hiss.
+1 and phasing issues and volume problems because instead of doubling your signal and splitting it they halve it and split it. Cheapest way to do active blending is a Boss LS-2, but the Barge stuff is top notch as is the Xotic X-Blender.
17. Cream Pie sounds like this http://www.grygrx.net/Pedal%20Reviews/Mojo...20Overdrive.mp3 Drums from a Korg PX4B
18.
You do indeed - tried out many other pedals in the meantime but it does the perfect sound for what I'm after so it's going nowhere.
Crowther doesn't even remember building it , I do fancy getting another one at some point very good pedal
19.
And mine - just needs tidying up a bit.
I see my one of a kinda Crowther Bluesberry XLF Hotcake
