1. Please to offer only same quality bass, or less quality bass with a little bit of money Base at 2000 £ but everything could be discuss if the proposal is correct. Preference for Roscoe, Skjold, Spector and that kind of basses... Thank for looking.
2. Very nice, if you look for a swap ...
3. Have you a pic of your CS jazz ? I also love the sea foam green fitted with a tortoise pickguard ... If someone coud photoshop mine to try a tortoise one, could be different but very sexy !
4. And I've only a spécial fender / status PJ ...
5. No could be only for a swap at the moment. So I'll pass
6. Concerning swap : I'd prefer a 5 string bass, 4 could be accepted too. (But sorry, not more than 5, so 6 and over are not my cup of tea) Thanks to all.
7. I already have a skjold 4, same shape ... but with the old electronic (EMG) If only it could be a fiver ... Arghhh, I could be tempted... (is it the right word ?)
8. Thanks Westfinn ! (and all...) If you know a guitarist that could be interested in, let me know, ot let him know ...
9.
price?
Huh ... that's a good question, I have no idea of the value of this one, cause there are only 3 in this colous produced. (with original certificate etc...) And I don't know if it's the only one that is still alive or not... Sure, it's also a collectible guitar, but don't know the price that I could request for. I think more than 2000 £. What do you think about that ?
10. And as usual, the aspect is not exactly the same in picture and in front of you. This one is very beautiful on hands. But I recon that in picture, it's a little bit different For info, the colour is sea foam green, if you"re already view this one on a bass or guitar.
11.
19mm string spacing (4 string) and 18mm (5 string). 16.5mm is a custom option on either 4 or 5 strings
And what is yours ? Any custom options, color, etc ... ?
12. Ho, I can add that this bass was mine some times ago, and this one was made on my specifications. Cause I had the chance to work in japan for some months and was working with the friend of a luthier working in the Custom dept of Ibanez. (reason for this creation) I required the same as Benny Rietvield (Santana bass player with some modifications : quilted maple / benny's one is flammed maple and would like to add piezzo for more tonal acoustic character) Very good bass IMO. I know someone looking to a custom Ibanez, I will contact him and let you know John.
13. Hello, Here for sale or trade my guitar. This is a special Fender Custom shop Telecaster Set Neck Jr' here are the spec : It's a set-neck, with these specifications : - mahogany set neck - mahogany body (with 11 tonal chambers) - inversed control plate (vol. Ton. Switch 3 positions) - 2 pick-up P90 seymour duncan (Hot soapbar SP90-2 neck & Custom soapbar SP90-3 at bridge) - 22 frettes jumbo - pao ferro fingerboard - mecanics : american standard - radius 9.5" (241 mm) - matching headstock This one was created when John Page was in the Custom shop with his little expert staff Not the custom shop that fender has today and that creates a lot of series bass and guitars. This model was produced only at 3 exemplaries. You can see 2 on 3 on the fender frontline N°16 (1995). I have the picture from the magazine if required. And, this one is delivered in his hardcase with the all the original goodies. Note is about 95/100, only minor defects that you can see on the pictures, I can make specials focus on demand. here the picture : For trade : Bass gear, saxophone gear and studio gear (but with bigger value for studio gear cause no collectible quotation for those items) Thanks for looking !
14.
What type of tone do you like? I'm gassing for a Puma head but just a bit concerned about the tone not being 'big' enough, quick but full is what I'm after with an Epi410UL.
So, is that sound you were looking for ?
15. Hi, as it's my post at the beginning ... I will write a little about what I do ... I just wait to know if the acoustic / piezzo handly double bass prototype of Mr Laurent Kah will be launched or not on the market ... I tried it and it's incredible !!! What a sound ! see here : LKah Luthier
16.
Knowing my form I'll probably get one anyway and move it on at a loss if it doesn't work!
unfortunately, it's the exemple of stuff that you could test only (or if you travel a lot) by buying it ... It's a poker game ... but the one where you've got the 4 1*
17. And why did you sell the back cat ? IMO best amp in his class ...
18. I think the fact this one is not completely original (mainly battery compartment) do the "unvalue" of this one ...
19. Already reserved Wow, but yes, JP basses could be easily compared to Foderas ... Sound / playability / custom finish etc...
20. Wow, what a naïa Nuf !!! Incredible bass here ...
21. Be careful, I think you've got an alien hidden behind the keyboard !!!
22. I've got an high end jazz waiting for you ...
23.
Go on, treat yerself! I'd love one from mine but that'd be first year of production (thus a tad expensive!)
Vintage (meaning overprice for what it should be) are not my things ... (if it was at the price of a used jazz, why not ... but even in this case, I'm not sure it could be mine.) So I let it for another one ...
