1. Dave bought some pickup foam from me, top guy, thanks
  2. I know sometimes it can be harder to sell with a lower post count so just a quick message to say I received the Bass Big Muff the day after paying for it, Matt is a great guy to deal with
  3. Just received a Bass Big Muff from Matt Well packaged and arrived the next day, great guy to deal with Thanks!
  4. 1) The Squier vintage modified Jazz I had was a decent bass despite needing the frets levelling from new. Too bad it weighed 10 stone. 2) Epiphone Thunderbird. Heavy, dull sound, awkward shape, atrocious neck dive, impossible action. But they just look so f***ing cool!
  5. Leaving stinking negative feedback is the most you can do
  6.
Hahahah I've sat here laughing away at the responses... I guess I will take it off!!
How much you want for it lol
  7. Miles Kane and Jake Bugg are both very popular recent artists.
  8.
Love it - and they've announced some UK dates, too, so this should be a good year!
Read my rant in daily annoyances, Manchester gig sold out instantly and 2 days later people already advertising tickets for 5 times the face value
  9.
I still think they are well in front of Royal Blood. I think Royal Blood have peaked in the media/festivals too quick and the hype has ruined it.
Not to mention DFA are actually good
  10. Sold Pete a pedal footswitch, quick deal, thanks

And replied thanks. I've never had a dud one out of the packet and not heard of one failing in any of my builds As above just be careful not to overheat the lugs when soldering,
I guess this isn't strictly the right place to post this query, however knowing how helpful the BC community can be... I've got a Grey Stache and the main on/off (latching) switch has packed in (so replacing it will be a bit of DIY project), I was wondering if some kind soul may post a link to the type of switch I need to order/replace it with? Thanks in advance!
If it's a 3PDT you need I've got loads of the blue type. I can post you one for a couple of quid if you need one, cheaper than buying a single from somewhere
Someone mentioned Bitsbox in a different thread, I hadn't heard of them before but they seem to stock a lot of cool stuff at really good prices, with cheap postage, too. Has anyone had any experience with them? How are they on delivery times and reliability?
I get a lot of stuff from them, always had fast delivery and no problems.
  14. I like his work in The Dead Weather, but not so keen on the rest. That Lazaretto song intro is vocally a complete rip off of a song that was released in 2000 by the Disorientee.
If you had an EQ pedal set to boost heavily around the 30hz-60hz mark, perhaps with a regular octaver before it, what does the Meatbox offer differently for £150?
It came with super cool fly stickers in the box

Sold a Schroeder cab to Charlie, great guy to deal with, thanks
  17.
if anybody knows anywhere local to me where they do short courses on how to solder would be much appreciated - i wont be showing you any pics of the soldering on the two speaker wires on to the jack socket
A screw terminal block removes the need to solder and insulate any wires, and it can be screwed down to stop it moving around
  18.
Read "I've bought a Stanley knife"!
After experimenting with a circular saw, the knife was the better option
  19. Ancient bump, I now have more of this foam for your pickup needs. Custom sizes also available
