1. Awesome looking Bass, always wanted one, and PJ'd too.....wonder if an active circuit or pickup would destroy the vibe of it........
2.
I a very interested but just skint glwts mate
No worries, always the way, something comes up you want, skint or need to sell to feed the GAS, I'm the same, just got a new one and need to shift this......thanks for your interest.....
3. Hi, Am really after the cash, but hit me with something, you never know, looking for fender/squier really, 5 string maybe too, Cheers Mark

5. ***PRICE DROPPED TO £325, THAT'S £300+25 SHIPPING, ON ADVICE FROM FELLOW BASSCHATTERS, THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT FOLKS, JUST TRYING TO RECOUP MY INITIAL OUTLAY*** Here we have the AWESOME Squier CHRIS AIKEN Signature Bass. Easily as good as any Fender Bass I've played. These are quite Rare now so pick up a future collectors Bass. Don't really want to part with it, but only doing so as I needed an active Bass for my latest band and it was a toss up between selling this or my Matt Freeman to fund it. This Bass is REALLY, REALLY, well built. The Body is Heavy for a Squier, and coupled with the excellent bridge provides great punch and sustain. The Duncan Designed pickups are excellent, very powerful, not quite as powerful as SPB-2's, but still better than stock. The neck is a dream, very smooth, pretty slim, almost Jazz like, very comfortable. Beautiful look with the binding and block inlays, totally unique. I bought this Modified. The previous owner put in quality components, my tech confirmed that too. A tone pot was added, as the original has only a volume. Now, I don't know how this has changed the sound from the original, but you get punchy clear Precision sound and humping, pumping with the tone rolled off. The input Jack is a switchcraft, so a switchcraft jack lead would be ideal to use, I had my tech make me a couple, it's a switchcraft 280 jack. I've added a Black Scratchplate, also have a 2nd Scratchplate which I will include (see pics). Now on the Scratchplate, my tech had to drill another hole to accommodate the Black one, the original Mirrored one must have been a slightly irregular fit, there's teensy weensy gap near the jack socket (see pics) this in no way affects the sound or really the look as you wouldn't even notice it, the volume & tone pots are a touch stiff, maybe my tech over tightened em but there's no scratchy sound or anything, never bothered to adjust them to be honest. There's a small mark (see pics) but i think it's just a surface mark, not a dent or ding. Apart from that it's immaculate, I can't find anything wrong with it at all. BTW More Pics available on request. £350 includes U.K. Shipping. Not really after Trades, but you never know. 7.
If you can't bear to part with your lovely cabs, I would be more than happy to take payment in cold hard cash
If only I had the cold hard cash, but could be tempted to part with one of my beautiful barefaced cabs, pm me if you wanna talk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
8. Always fancied one of these but don't want to part with my barefaced compact or midget......or do I?.........
9. Ashdown Mark King Head, wow, this is a bargain, I had one, by far the best Ashdowm amp I've ever used, GLWTS
10. Just bought a Squier Matt Freeman Bass of Lozz, absolutely superb guy to deal with, organised courier no problem, let me know what was going on every step of the way, no hesitation in recommending this great Basschatter....
11. bump for a fine precision bass
12. You had it on Ebay there I believe, would've loved to pair it up with my Black one, but my Chris Aiken is superb, so I'll be sticking with that.....
13. Up for grabs is a Superb Squier EVA GARDNER Precision Bass, now discontinued and quite hard to find, comes from the same family of great Squier's from the last couple of years, i.e. Matt Freeman, Chris Aiken, etc. Is effectively Brand New (Still has cellophane on pick guard), barring a knock near the jack socket on the outer edge of the body, which for the life of me I don't know how it got there, I'm usually uber careful with my gear, very annoying, however, it doesn't affect the play-ability in any way. This is a smashing Bass, great sound, very light body, lovely slim and fast neck, looks fantastic with the tort pick-guard. Check this link for a really great video review, although in German you can hear the sound of it. https://www.youtube....h?v=OnwI88VtoHw Only selling as I've just acquired a Matt Freeman, can't justify 3 Basses to the missus. A very reasonable £250 secures it, UK shipping included, Paypal or Bank Transfer fine. Squier On The Eva Gardner Precision Bass Eva Gardner has lent her formidable bass talents to artists including the Mars Volta, Lyra, Veruca Salt, Telstar and Pink. Now Squier introduces the Eva Gardner Precision Bass®, which features special graphics and other cool features, including Gardner’s clipper ship tattoo recreated just above the bridge, special 12th-fret inlay graphics and a thumb rest. Other features include a basswood body with a gloss Black finish, maple neck with “C”-shaped profile and matching headstock, 9.5”-radius rosewood fingerboard with 20 medium jumbo frets and white pearloid dot inlays, split-single-coil pickup, tortoiseshell pickguard, domed control knobs (master volume, master tone) and Hi-Mass bridge with four brass “barrel” saddles.
