Same here. I’ll also be rehearsing as soon as it’s allowed and our studio opens. It’s a big enough place that we aren’t on top of each other.

Reminds me of a private holiday camp we used to play. A new resident on the other side of the Lake, on the perimeter of the campsite used to open his window on the nights they had live music, and then complain to the local police about the disturbance.

We have pub gigs booked for later in the year. Not heard anything about them so far. Coulda go either way i guess. I will gig the moment i can though.

Thanks, not meaning to hijack your thread. I did have one before and I’m trying to get it back. I was interested to see what the average weight of these might be. The one i want is 8lbs, which seemed very light. GLWTS.

Haha, i saw that in the news yesterday. The high cost must be to do with the sticker. Maybe this Zoom has the same sticker 😂 My Zoom cost me £39 new off Amazon a few years ago, no sticker though.

If you can stretch to £69 the Zoom B1-Four is a much nicer unit. Easier to use and has proper knobs for EQ and volume. The B1-on is great though. These are my Zoom boxes (and recorder). All budget stuff that works really well for home use, and I’m sure live as well.

I thought it was a just a mixer, so not really going to add anything to make it sound more like a rig. I’d get a zoom B1-on as others have mentioned, it’s infinitely more useful.

Not brought from a shop for years. One reason i dont is the ability to send it back if i dont get on with it. Make life easier. The other big one is most of the paces i buy from are not local and i dont drive.

Yeah, i got that impression. Never been a PF fan as such, although i was dragged along to see the Wall when it came out. Love the later live stuff though, and obviously thats not with RW. Should add, i love the Wall gig he did in Berlin, it was great seeing other people playing those songs.

I’ve not clicked on any of the links posted here, but Rogers rant came up on my YT feed. I sort of get what he is saying, but after so many years , and PF years without him, I can’t see why he is making a fuss now. Although I get that he was instrumental in the rise of PF, he walked away from it. You can’t blame the rest of the band for that wanting nothing to do with him. It’s human nature.
