I can’t see a major difference - just the headstock is different - I’d go for the third Avenue in either colour

Sure - get that and d seeing places can refer you to finance options - just remember that it’s harder to learn if you’re fighting poor instrument quality

I’d look for a squier affinity - they come in packages and are better than those on very https://www.pmtonline.co.uk/squier-affinity-precision-bass-pj-pack-3-color-sunburst?gclid=EAIaIQobChMItJ2bgMzd8gIVgu3tCh3TQQ9xEAQYASABEgLp5PD_BwE

  15. Yes but that’s just your inner turmoil acting on it.
  16. I must be missing something - how is six knobs, two three-way switches and two pickups “simplicity” ? a precision bass constitutes simplicity
  17. I didn’t buy a thing. Mind you I didn’t play either as I worked throughout lockdown and have a Moneypit house
  18. Roofing vents may work better - we had to put those on our flat roof plus venting on soffits to avoid fire risk buildup of heat
  19. Is a window enough for ventilation? By opening it you’ll defeat the soundproofing and you can’t leave it open when not using as a scrote may invade
  20. Gas …..
  21. Years ago When I was young and stupid I bought one of these too but in flame maple sunburst (tiger?) . I sold it for a pittance because I didn’t want guitars anymore (don’t all tell me I’m wrong at once…) but it was an amazing instrument
  22. You should keep quiet about that first one though. We do burn witches around here from time to time
  23. no, I’ve just texted her and told she can spend the money saved by your downgrade on shoes and handbags. 👍 Know a good bubble wrap supplier ?
  24. Maybe it would benefit from glowing valve p0rn content ?
