    BTW poodles are scary, and fecking viscious! I have an aphex punch factory - works a lot better with my acoustic guitar! Don' think it was designed to be bass specific, and therefor this will compromise the quality of the sound produced! Ben

    Just to let you know, I've just bought a fender champ 600, would've preferred this - but i had a voucher for the shop I bought it from so It only cost me 70 quid! Good luck with the sale - these are brilliant amps - enough power to run a 4/12 cab! 5W is very deceiving! Ben

    The above pedal has been reliable since I got it, but It's developed a heavy buzzing/hissing sound and changes in level when you adjust the pedals level. Just wondered if anyone has had the same problem, and if they know how to fix it. I'm not too scared of going inside the thing, could be fun. Also, are there any people out there who've tried different tubes in it - I'm considering trying something else - if the whole pedal isn't totally w**nked. Cheers, Ben

    Great post here - a bit of a must read for anyone! I've sussed that my pedal is making a hell of a lot of noise - It's an 'Aria TD1 Platinum Drive Tube Distortion Pedal' I've been using it for a while now with no problems at all, but in the last week a hell of a lot of 'noise' has been generated through my amp. I'm presuming it's the pedal, as when you change the level of it the noise gets louder/quieter. What kind of faults occur in pedals, and what's the best way of getting them sorted! Thanks, Ben
