    Andy Viccars in Milton Keynes charged me £140 for a strip and nitro respray. Takes ages to dry but well worth it!

    What a nice way to end a 'for sale' thread - the bass was tomboys first baby - glad to see her going home - sold pending the usual!

    Need to mention that since I posted - I've moved the top strap button to underneath the horn ala the later ones to make it balance better - consequently I'll knock a tenner off - £140 collected!

    Yep - we do Roxanne but in A, and walking on the moon but in G/Am. Also do message in a bottle in the original key - I knpw when I'm on a good un when I can sing "and it seems I'm never alone . . . . . " in the higher octave!

    Just traded a Jazz for a Thumb with Simon. Met as per arrangements - bass is as described and he's a nice chap. Well pleased with the bass - cheers!
