1. Reggae bass is far from 'Dull' - how is dull an expression of bass sound? I'm confused on that one...now earth shattering low resonance that moves ya belly....now that i think is deep, or heavy (which again can be confused with metal heads)....just thought i'd add a bit....maybe your confusing Dull with Dub? - I suppose the opposite is bright and then it could be dull or dark....but hey that's the weather not bass! Irie
 2.
Hi Rasta, All I can say is "Your Markbass must be pretty darn good, to make you want to sell that Eden!".
Glad your liking it mate. Yeah the Eden opens up a whole new world to your sound. The Markbass is also a great sound, particularly for my own personal sound. Couldn't really justify keeping the two heads and for me the Markbass just had the edge with portability, sound and i must admit i'm a sucker for the yellow speakers too! But it was close as the Eden is beautiful too....infact it shares some similarities to the Markbass in that when i used the eden i never touched the Eq hardly ever, just used the magical enhance knob-and on the markbass i just use the vintage speaker emulator knob and i have funk to dub in one knob......crazy but great. Happy playing-job well done!

 4.
No such thing
Glad the Edens gone to a good home, i miss it already, but alas a new era....like you guys with your old Traces as ol' faithful the Eden was mine - great head. As for over the top 'well some would say' (in a Top Gear Clarkson voice style) why have a cheap middle eastern motor if you haven't tried an old Classic...lol, on that note i prefer my £700 90's Toyota Celica convertible over my £4K Renault Scenic from 2 years ago-and more bloody reliable, shame the same can't be said for my camper Crap analogies i know Enjoy the Eden
 5.
How does is sound?
Not sure yet mate, it should be here early next week. Will let you know it arrives; may gig it next Tuesday too if i can get used to it in time!
If he done a deal with Rasta rasta will probably have his address?
PM Sent Beedster, you have my commitment to resolving this situation although i hope my name will not be synonymous with bad doings. However could a moderator please PM with regards sharing personal data (obviously not on forums) i.e. Confidentiality policy/Data protection etc....sorry but i work quite heavily involved in such things (I'm a Youth Worker/Social worker for my sins....so therefore a purveyor of social justice............hey media b*$%rds give us some good press for a change !) May i add that my transaction with Allen worked out fine so before he his condemned to the pit of eternal shame here can we offer the opportunity for him to resolve this now, not sure how long the issue has been but lets hope we hear from him before say Monday 8th Dec? Thanks RastaLee

I'm mainly looking at using it in my other bands and the new 'poppy' band though (Dub Synergy - link below if interested and fancy a quick listen?) - We're planning on doing some drum n bass/jungle style tunes etc, but i'm sure a riddim or two will get played...BABA BOOM! 16. Hi Folks, i'm looking at joining the Stagg party in the next couple of weeks. Where is the cheapest place to purchase one at the mo? I'm not overly bothered on colour but perhaps and swayed more to the black if given the choice. I see ebay is doing one for £329...any better deals than this about? Cheers me lovers!
 17.
I've traded gear with Lee in the past, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Whoever buys will have no worries. All the best with the sale. Have a bump on me.
Cheers matey, hope your well. One bumption under a groove!
 18. Hi all, bit of a long shot but any ideas who i could use to send a 62KG 6x10 Warwick cab from The Southwest to Scotland ?

 20.
I am interested in the head but would it be pushing it to ask for the eden head at £380/400? I can't trade with anything because I have no amp to trade.
PM's replied.
 21. Any of you fellow locals interested in any of this? http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=32257 Your welcome to try before buy!
 22. So we have an Eden WT800A World Tour up for grabs (the professionals choice as it has been described) , owned by me for the last 6-7 years or so, serviced yearly and had a new tube fitted last year (didn't really need it but they were very cheap for an original Eden tube so i got it done!). Never had a problem with the amp in all that time ever, not a single one! Still going beautifully strong. It has a switchable built in compressor, semi parametric EQ, tube driven pre amp, built in crossover so you can mix 4 & 8ohm cabs, two 400W outputs both for minimum of 4ohm speakers and one output at 8ohm rated at 800W plus loads more groovy features. However, i contacted Eden sometime back and asked about using a 6 ohm cab with the amp to which they had approved as they had done trials with the 6ohm Eden 6x10 and the same head. This is documented on the Eden Electronics website. Running the 6ohms Warwick cab has given me around 900W-more than you'll ever need, but its nice to have the head room for sure. Therefore my Eden has always been lightly driven and rarely gone past 3-4 on the vol at large gigs. I cannot say enough great things about this amp & the Warwick cab! Fat, warm, magical (enhance dial), precise, velvet, pure and sheer pornographic in the bass sound sense - PM for more details/Q's and drools etc Trade wise, I'm looking for an Electric upright with cash either way, or a Musicman (particularly an HH), Spector, Would love a Steinberger synapse (try me with 4 or 5's) or even an M-audio Project mix! But feel free to PM me with whatever you got - i am not interested in trading for other amplifiers as i am using Markbass gear now - basses and/or cash olny please! Cash wise i reckon around[s] £500[/s] £450 for the Eden . We'd have to sort out couriers between us a the buyers cost, however we can negotiate this or alternatively pick up in Devon-i am willing to meet on the M5 as far as Bristol if my petrol costs are covered/negotiated. PM me if have any further Q's. Buy in confidence and check my good feedback. Thanks for looking. WARWICK CAB NOW SOLD - EDEN STILL FOR SALE
