1. ...have to add: Iain is a top bloke. Best comms throughout a deal - even held his end of the deal when bloody Parcel Farce charged more than the quote - be warned though! The entire package will take more than a day to open - he has quite possibly the best packaging technique ever! I have called the local tip to take the packaging away! All the gear is great quality and in great shape! Buy it! cheers Shaun Have a bump!

3. Top blike, Phil! Instant dosh, great comms - would do business again in an instant. Enjoy the mics! cheers Shaun
4. Sorry for the tardiness - yup, both gone.
5.
I could be interested. These are vocal mic right?
Yessir vocal mics. Industry standard.
6. We have switched to AKG mics so these have to go. 2 Shure SM58 mics - one switchable, with cases and mic clips. Very good condition. £50 each, both for £90. (+ a few quid p&p)

hmmm, I reckon the upper horn is a Marmite thing... but I love Marmite!
8. ...wot I wrote at the top... Anyone actually own/played one of these? I know they're drop dead ugly, but I recently heard a guy playing the guitar version, solo at a gig and it was awesome - piezos and all. Like an acoustic on steroids. Just wondering... cheers Shaun

Give it back? Give it back? ...never in your wildest fantasy about a dream you're having involving me giving it back! (in a dream that is)
10. Just bought Mark's Wireless Diversity System - and it's exactly as stated - spotless! The most pleasant fellah to deal with as always. Highly recommended! (finished those Hail Marys yet, Mark?) ;-) Shaun
11. Hi Wimpy (!), I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but there's this thread: link> I have just used Interparcel (.com) to send a cab to Spain and they did good. Good luck, Shaun
12. Thanks for that - no takers... and no offers as yet...
13. Hi Dave, Controls: Volume, VTC (pull passive), stacked bass/treble... lotsa variety! cheers Shaun
14. Hi Dave, The measurement at the nut is 44mm or 1 3/4" - so pretty much P-bass. cheers Shaun
15. Unforunately, she knows me all too well... and, it seems, anyone else closely associated to bass and all things remostely associated does that to her - strange! Hope the rest of the the trip went OK - what a day for a drive!
16. Hi guys, Reduced to £650 +. The bass is in great shape: a couple of small nicks in the back and some little marks on the head. I'll send some pics if needed. Anyways, here you go (spec from Lee's ad from November '07): Swamp Ash Body Transparent Blue Finish Maple neck with Maple fretboard Satin Finish on neck Nordstrand NP4 Precision Pickup Aguilar OBP-1 preamp Controls: volume, bass, treble Hipshot HB-1 Tuning Keys Hipshot D-tuner Gotoh Quick Release Bridge Black Pearl Pickguard Black Hardware A VTC (vintage tone control, see Sadowsky's website for more info as it's the same as theirs) has been fitted since the famous "wooden floor" pics - I bought it already sorted. 18V of amazing tone. Jack repositioned. I hope Lee doesn't mind the use of his pic to show the pre. 17. Just sold my MB 102P cab to Chris. Thoroughly decent chap. Shame we didn't have time to chat, but that's life when you're picking up and delivering stuff around the south of England - he do get around! Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to do business any ole time. cheers, Chris Shaun
18. All PMs replied to and cab is now sold. Thanks for looking! Shaun
19.
Hi Shaun, I would wait a while before selling if you can afford to. I went from a pair of these cabs to a 1212L and I find for small and medium pubs the traveller is fine but the Schroeder is a bit of overkill. I ended up buying a Markbass CMD121P combo as a smaller rig and only use the 1212L when big volume is required. Either way, good luck selling the cab. They are great little cabs. Frank
Hi Frank, thanks for the words of advice - but I just sold the cab to Chris. I have to pare down and this was the only way - great little cab, but already I love the punch the Schroder has - and although I haven't gigged it yet, it seems OK at a lower volume... time will tell. cheers Shaun

21.
Wait until your 1212L has broken in - then you'll know all about it. Acres of bass contrary to popular belief
...how hard do I have to break it?
22. ...all you would ever need to know - and possibly more... link>
23. ...well, the Schroeder 1212L arrived this morning (and my ears are bleeding!) so this has to go... I've had it about a year, it's done me well at rehearsals and small gigs and is in great condition as it's always been kept in a Roqsolid cover I had 'em make. Prices seem to be around £500 new, so how does £300 plus P+P sound?
