1. With incoming, something has to go and this just isn't getting played enough. Low action, lovely Lakland neck, I bought it from MrT-Bass off here and he bought it from the Bass gallery in 2004: http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=75884 I'm looking for [s]£550.00[/s] £475.00 + P&P and it will be sent in a generic hard case. Here's the pics - I'm using his (hope he doesn't mind): Any questions, or you want a cuppa and a try-it-out down here in Poole, ask away!
2. OK, I'm mad. I joked about keeping this for a couple of weeks, but I keep looking at Mick's US JO and would have to flog this to reach the asking... So, if there's a quick sale out there for what I paid for it, £750.00 + shipping, (bought from here) I can have a suitable birthday pressie! If you want Fffat - this is it. Nuff said - read the forums/reviews. 3. I guess we're in the wrong forum for this kind of discussion, but just playing it through my RH450/RS210 at home (sorry neighbours, but gigging it this Saturday), it's Fat - really needs more "f"s! Ffffat! I'm loving the humbucker option - will have to see how well that cuts through though...
4. Lakland Decade purchase: Bloody nice bloke, easy transaction and great comms. Highly recommended! cheers Shaun
5. ...well, it just arrived... and I will let y'all know what it sounds like this evening - plays a treat!

10. PM'd...
11. Hi guys, Any idea what the value of this may be? I would say the cab 9.5/10 - a couple of scratches on the Tolex and a tiny tear on the grille cloth... It has been kept in a wheeled Flight Case for the last few years and when opened up the speakers (JBLs) and insides are pristine. Played a Lakland 4-94 and '64 jazz through it and it still sounds great! Any ideas gratefully appreciated. The pics:
12. I bought this from Mr Clayton on here a while back and it's collecting dust... one lock washer missing from an end adjuster. £25.00 + P+P? Info here: <link> and... specs: <link> and pics: and...
13. ...does "mahogamy" mean it will stay true to its wood?
14. What bass? ;-)
15. Just purchased an RS210 from Claudio. Awesome chap - but his Scottish accent needs work (!) Just as described and wouldn't let me pay until he'd packed the beast up. Thoroughly recommended. ShaunB (allow at least half an hour to unpack whatever you buy!)
16. Just got the cab from Claudio and it too is perfect - ta matey! ShaunB
17. ...but you already have one 'o dem...
18. Highly recommended chap is Roger... just wondering where he's got a hankering for an RH450 from *ahem*
19. PM'd re: the cab :-)
20. Just received a Jazz neck from Jase. I have only one complaint: my living room is now full of cardboard, foam bits, cardboard, bubble wrap, cardboard and packing tape! Who's gonna clear up this mess? ;-) Top bloke to deal with, just give yourself time to unpack the goodies! Very highly recommended. cheers Shaun
21. Apparently I have just sold a lighting stand to Julian ;-) ...and, as always, Julian surpassed himself by paying for the stand before he even told me he wanted it! Top bloke, comes highly recommended! (ooh er!)
