Up for sale or trade we have my lovely ACG border reiver. One of a kind instrument as you would expect from Alan. It's an incredible bass but unfortunately for me it doesn't get any use as I'm concentrating on my fretless. It was set up by bass bros for me with light gauge strings and plays like a dream. Below is the link from reverb with the bass bros pics which are better than anything I could take. The fret board is an American sycamore which I've never seen before. And has the seq filter preamp which is a more simple version of the eq01 I believe. 32 inch scale and weighs 3.2kg super light. Swamp Ash body with that lovely satin finish that acg do better than anyone. I am looking for a lined fretless or ideally an acg 5 string fretless with dot markers for fret positions. Saw one on here earlier in the year that I missed out on. But open to fretless options. Or £950 for cash. It comes with a fusion gig bag which is without doubt the best gig bag I've ever owned. Yes my guess it's a touch under 4kg to be honest. My relic jazz is 3.8kg and it feels similar if not a touch heavier.

My scales are saying 9.6lbs. Seems lighter than that and my scales are older than me.

Here is my vintage icon series fretless. Based on the Jaco bass of doom I'm sure you are all aware of. Great little bass for the money. Currently strung with lightweight rounds. Only selling to make way for a fretless jazz project. I can post the bass as I have a cardboard box from a previous purchase.

This was mine, I would say one of the best jazz basses I've played and regret the sale. The truss rod was perfect when I had it so can't comment. The pot knobs were made by Jon letts.

Up for sale due to house move is my 1987 music man sabre. Have not seen many of these for sale. The bass is in structurally great shape, the body itself only has a couple of dings worth noting, the paint has seen some action over the years and has marks from bring on a stand, and the paint seems to have lines in it. It shows its age which I personally love. The neck is in great shape no dings at all still glossy on the back. Frets and fretboard are in great shape. Headstock and tuners all fine aswell. These feel lighter than my stingray so I guess around 4kg. I do not have the hardcase, but can give you and old gigbag. Happy to meet in London or Surrey. If you want to arrange postage I would need to sort a box but could be done. I really want a status fretless neck for my ray, so If you have one I'll take in px. Could be open to a cheaper bass as px but need cash for the move.
