  1. Up for sale is this amazing ACG salace lined fretless, headless bass. Built by alan as a prototype, as with all his instruments it is unique and beautiful. 34 inch scale, body is made from solid wenge with a lovely satin finish. Filter preamp. It plays like butter, so smooth and fast, strung with flats. Comes with a soft carry case. Previous sale below: I will add more photos later.
  2. Here we have my line 6 pod go, in great condition with my headrush frfr108 also in excellent condition. The cab still has the original box, the pod does not. I bought it for home practice but it has never been used since I owned it. Seems a shame to keep it as an ornament so passing this on as a great combo deal. I'll include the 2 leads I have for it, aswell as power supply and leads. Pics to follow later.

  4. Do you know what the costs are to get to the UK? Would this be subject to tax and import duties?
  5. Drop to £1700. And have heard that the original neck is nearly finished, and a deal can be done with both.
  6. No the one that was on it was trashed with black spray. But they are easy to pick up.
  7. Thanks, yes it is a real beast. Epic tone and sustain is crazy.
  8. Hi all. This is my musicman stingray, 3eq. Think it's 2005. Was originally a burgundy colour and resprayed in orange. I had the body fully stripped and refinished in a satin to look like the dart, scratch plate holes filled. All the electronics were reworked and serviced using genuine parts. Red graphite status neck added. All done by my guitar tech. We all know how rare these necks are becoming and this is the only red one I've seen. Looks black most of the time until it catches the light then it's a deep burgundy colour. It hasn't been used at all since the work was done and I find that while it is the exact sound I want, the nut spacing and pickup set back it doesn't suit my playing style. I love to have my hand right up at the neck. I have loads of pics of the work in progress and how it looked before it was stripped. I won't split the body and neck so please don't ask me to. I do not have a hard case so ideally it's collected. But if you want to sort a hardcase I can look into shipping it.
  9. These are the dogs bollox.
  10. Did the same on my stingray body. So much better than gloss.
  11. I think you have string spacing wrong. Wither that or it would be a bitch to play
  12. These are great basses, super light and sound unbelievable
  13. Didn't this have a fretless neck on it when I saw it Dan?
  14. Thanks @Beedster i agree that it is an unbelievable neck that is worthy of the best players. I would add that this body and bridge seems to give incredible sustain and the John east and dimarzio combo also adds so much variation.
  15. The neck also has an additional fret position which is a cool detail.
  16. What a beauty. I wish I had the talent to do this justice. Bass candy at its finest
  17. Indeed, I utilised the stingray neck and gave this the neck of its dreams. With also a much better pocket fit.
