1. George L's - great cables.
2. Just managed to catch the recent primus performance of Tommy the Cat on Jimmy Kimmel live on youtube. Seriously, one of the best Primus performances i've seen. Maybe it'll silence the detractors.
3. Thanks guys, I think its a pretty good buy at that price. I wont be dropping it any more.
4. I've got a 201 on my fretless Jazz and I reckon that for the money they are great bridges. They are pretty high mass in comparison to the standard fender bridge so it will tonally affect the sound slightly but I can't say i've experienced any negative effects from them. If you are looking for one I'd say go for it.
5. There was a guy in the effects forum asking for advice on Multi's. A couple of folks shouted for the B2-1u (for good reason) you may want to get it touch! Good luck with the sale. Chris
6. BUMP for final price drop before withdraw.
7. Just read the whole story. Great guys, just great. I voted for CAR but was pleasantly proved wrong with how the gold is turning out. Can't wait to see it finito! Oh and I really want a Victory bass now haha.
8. I think its a good idea. I occasionally plonk stuff on ebay but I dont usually for an advert for it on here, I never really saw it as the intention of this section.
9. Hi Donny i'll take some tonight and get them on there.
10. Want! Be great if they did a neck through 5 string model.

12. I think its a good idea.
13. No love for the CV bump.
14. Haha I wish I could mate. If my numbers come up tonight its yours.
15. If you're interested and giving the love for the SR5s in this thread maybe check out my Ray 35 thats for sale. Sorry in advance for the obvious JAG.
16.
From experience, if you haven't got a flight case or some really robust packaging, international shipping can cause some sleepless nights; not that Royal Mail are any less likely to stand the thing with the weight on the neck, or drop it down some stairs
Exactly, I think the hassle of shipping internationally is not really worth it and I am sure that there will be someone UK based who would be happy to take it.
17. Nice bass, seems a good price. Does anyone know if that was a colour option or could it possibly be a refin?
18.
I've always been a massive fan of the Mark Hoppus bass and recently finally got my hands on one. I'm glad I got the old one, I really don't like the new ones; the colours don't look right, the reverse pickup just looks wrong, and I prefer the smaller logo. To me all the changes they've made have been for the worse. There's literally not a single change I like there. Admittedly I have a reverse P pickup in my Taitycaster, but honestly I don't think it makes that much of a difference and it looks alright there, but not on the Mark Hoppus, it just looks wrong.
I like the string through body...does the original come with that?

20. Yups this looks great, finally a tube screamer that might get on with the low end.
21. Hi Geoff, thanks for the reply but its really a big gear clearout for me. Thats a great amp system though so good luck with the sale. Hi iam, i'm afraid its really only available for domestic UK shipping. I've never really done the international thing and would prefer to avoid the risk of damage, etc. Thanks Chris
22.
I like the pup like that & it looks alright to me (although I wouldn't buy one on the grounds that I'm a similar age to, well, Mark Hoppus himself actually!?! Then I saw the bit that said "Mark Hoppus signature Jazz Bass with gig bag: £766.80." A second hand original one normally goes for £300. Say no more
Yeah, my thoughts exactly. I wouldn't say that its significantly different enough to justify the price, also i'm not quite sure where its made, probably MIM.
23. http://www.musicradar.com/news/guitars/nam...azz-bass-357808 Although not a fan I have to admit I do like the aesthetics of this although i'm not so sure about the choice to reverse the pickup arrangement. An interesting experiment nonetheless, I look forward to hearing how it sounds. I do love NAMM time haha.
24. You're dead right Jez its in the exact same condition as when you saw it, its not been out the house since then. Break up of band means no rehearsals, gigging, etc for me! Hence the cull in equipment.
