2. Yeah, I was going to plump for the middle postage option if I went for it but I may leave off. Thanks for the advice guys.
3. Yeah that is one to consider, its annoying particularly given that these arent 'new' instruments.
4. Hi I'm quite interested in this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Tokai-Hard-Puncher-W...ht_13381wt_1139 my main concern is the seller, the feedback and things look fine but i've never ordered from an international seller before. Does anyone have any experience with this seller specifically, and if so how was the service, postage, etc. Thanks Chris
5. Yes it is but its overpriced. The G-3 is tonally the best of the bunch but even in such good condition it should be £700 max.
6. Hi Mate As a fellow Ric owner i'm sorry to see that hard times are forcing the sale of what is clearly a lovely bass! Also, perhaps its worth reminding people that the mods dont look too keenly on the open discussion of a price on a thread. The OP is entitled to sell at any price and if you want to discuss it, the appropriate way to do so is via the PM function. Personally, even though the market is a little flat at the moment its still a great price for such a nice Ric in a relatively rare colour scheme. If I had the cash i'd have yer arm off.
7. What about an M9? I love mine and its a helluva lot cheaper than the G-Major.
8. Hi I'm thinking of selling my Digitech Whammy IV (the new, red one with MIDI, etc) as its just not getting any use at the moment. I've looked about and was thinking around £95, going by other ones that have sold. If you are interested PM me. Thanks Chris Oh and it comes with the power supply.
9. Hi I am selling my Crowther Audio Prunes and Custard fuzz pedal. Its got a couple of scratchy pots but nothing a bit of contact cleaner wont sort (I just dont have any to hand at the moment or i'd do it myself) and its missing one screw from the bottom (which makes no difference to the pedal). Other than that its great! £90 posted within UK - payment by Paypal. PM me for info, thanks. Chris SOLD
10.
The seller is a member on here. I've bought from him before. Top chap.
He's also playing by the rules by not 'advertising' on the ebay section which I wholeheartedly agree with!!! Fantastic looking bass.
11. For the OP, +1 on that Ibby. I have the earlier Ibanez AE10B and its a great a/c bass. I tried out about a half dozen or so at the time (Fender, Warwick, Epiphone) and the Ibanez offered best sound and playability!
12. There's loads of different phasers on the market depending on your price point. My personal preference is an analog phaser, here's a quick run down of ones I liked: The Moog Moogerfooger 12 Stage Phaser - hands down my fav! Total control plus it looks and sounds amazing, it is quite pricey though. Red Witch Moon Phaser - also lovely sounding, fewer features but less pedalboard real estate taken up. Boss PH-1r - great dark dubby sound phase, discontinued but sounds brill!
13. Just about all cd's £2.50 now, plus a good few additions inc, Springsteen, the Music, David Gilmour, Mercury Rev, etc.
14. Has a Rickenbacker/Ibanez/Pedulla look to it to me. Very nice. Don't know anything about them though.

16. Well the DM-4 section of my m9 loses a lot of low end so I usually have to include an Octaver and things.
17. Guitar sold on ebay last week for £660 (see http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...#ht_500wt_1156), however due to a time-wasting, non-paying bidder its still for sale! As such i'm reducing the price on here to £660 if anyone is interested. Cheers Chris
18. For me, after a while of toying with a mix of wall warts, 9v batteries, multiblocs, etc I ended up just saving a bit and plumping for a custom designed one. Since then i've never looked back and I think a stable, secure and safe power supply is as important as a good tuner on a pedalboard (ie very important). Never understood folks who pay a fortune for pedals and then run them without a proper supply.
