Been asked a couple of times about the neck profile (which - being Fender Japan - isn't a traditional 60s US profile, despite the model name!) Its 1.65 inches (42mm) wide at the nut, so its basically close to the modern P bass (1970s onward; 1.625 or 1.65 inches) in nut width rather than 1950s and 1960s style 1.75 inches (44.45mm). The blurb says its U shaped (see below) and it definitely is more of a handful than my Jazz bass depth-wise (Edit: c22mm deep in first position, see photo). The finish on the rear of the neck is not thick gloopy varnish so its easy to slide around from position to position without getting 'caught'.

Am heartily fed up of eBay tyre kickers with 78 questions/requests who then disappear .... So to keep this in BC community, £50 price cut to £700 (plus 24 or 48 hour economy delivery at cost - £15/20 or thereabouts). PS. The DiMarzio Ultra Jazz noiseless pickups alone cost £150 a set ...

Addendum: if you are not bothered about the TI Jazz Flats, I could swap for some nickel rounds (DR coated Dragon Skin or Pure Blues 40-100) and drop the price by £25
