Althrough I prefer a straight sale, so I can purchase/ order another bass, I will seriously consider partitial trades: 4 or 5 strings, fretless or fretted: Fender Jazz (clones: Sadowsky. Alleva, Celinder Atelier Z etc.) Stingray NS Design EUB A nice amp like DB750, Bergantino. Could consider a straight trade for something like a Fodera. Just let me know what you have.

Thank you very much mister Wombat and P-T-P! If I was looking for a vintage Jazz for a good price, I would certainly purchase Wombatbat's 1966 Fender. With the original white pickguard, it is the perfect bass for a refinish in custom colour!

Thank you all for the very nice replies. As I orderd the bass myself it is especially good to see that everybody likes it so much! About the weight. It is a moderate weight bass. Much lighter than all these Celinder J Updates of 11+ pounds. I can't measure it precise, but it will be around 4-4.5 kg/ 9.5 lbs.

I thought about this for a while this summer, and came to the conclusion that I'm gonna sell my Celinder J Classic 4. I ordered this bass in 2006, and arrived in september 2007. I owned 30+ basses, and several Celinders, but this one is very special. Never thought I would sell it, but after the purchase of a 1960 Fender jazz bass, the Celinder lost it's #1 spot. Briefly thought about converting it into fretless, but that it would be a shame to start messing with such a beautifull instrument. Celinder J Classic 4 Alder Body in Shoreline Gold. Before the CS version, Bass Central made in collebaration with Fender and Kevin Kaufman (Jaco's Luthier) This could be one of those, althrough I don't know how how they exactly look.

Great deal, great amp. This is currently my only amp. Fantastic for small and medium gigs. With an extension cab, these should be loud enough for almost every situation, if you dont play in a Slayer tribute band.

These are great basses ( I used to own a fretted and fretless 5) and this one is the best looking I have seen for a while. Great basses for the prices these go for when these are used.

This price almost makes it tempting for me, althrough I prefer 4 strings, and don't like precision basses. ^_^ Great basses these AC, en Flanker is a top seller.

Great price! Don't forget that there are only a few hundred Celinders made. Very rare, especially if you compare these numbers with orther boutique builders.

A few months ago I bought an amazing Fender Jazz Bass from 1971 in original Candy Apple Red. A special custom colour. I prefer the feel of my Celinder, so it doesn't get much time being played. All original, except for the condensator (don't know for sure), and a refret (pro job). Bass is in very good condition for it's almost 40 years of age, afew small spots on the neck and headstock. A very nice aged CAR body colour, and on some spots the gold undercoat comes through. Looks amazing. Neck dates SEPT71A (hard to see on the picture) Serial number is 32XXXX Comes with a case, and the priginal chrome pickup covers and foam!. [b]I'm asking 2900 GBP/ 3350 Euro's[/b] Shiping is no problem at buyers expense.
