    Emg 35 p4 4 String emp soapbar with magnets set the same as the reverse P as usually found on spector basses. Bought this off a mate to put in a schecter but never got around to it. No pickup wire but you can get these off ebay Can post for £5

    Hey everyone. Up for sale is a fender Made in Mexico nate Mendel bass neck. Please read the full description for details I purchased this off eBay as the seller had done a repair to the truss rod but which a notorious for having problems on the early versions. I was assured it was fully functioning but the project I bought the beck for got delayed and it’s been in my parts pile since. I have just tried it on my jazz bass, and while it does indeed function, I found the truss rod getting tight to get the required action I like, this may suit some folks but I do like it quite low. also the “repair” wasn’t the best workmanship this can be seen in the photos. low price reflects the overall condition and risk associated with this neck. collection preferred but could get a price to ship

    Almost 100% certain there were never stock in any spector basses, but they are fairly common in some Korean basses like ESP. Either way a good price for an active on board pre!

    actually, this bass has had a set of Schaller m4 tuners installed, the original tuners installed on rebops were generic cheap non branded ones which weren’t great, but they have the same mounting position as hipshot ultra lites so they are a direct swap. great bass!

    No, the original Rudy sarzo (the black one with the Simms pickups) actually had the neck slightly further out so Rudy could access the higher frets more easily. Having said that, I’ve just searched for a pic to show you and it looks like there was also a black/Simms version with standard neck position. Look at the pic below and see the lower cutaway is in line with the last fret, and how big the gap between the bridge and tail is
