  1. Well, my original one does it, but the one i got from kev doesn't seem to... But basicallly turn up the treble and bass to full, level on full, gain on full (you get teh picture) With the Mode switch, wedge it between the OD and DIST settings. Gives out a wailing tone. Manipulating the bass and treble controls changins teh pitch, and the attack switch shifts it between three different base tones. Have fun
  2. I know have two of these wee beasties (cheers Kev!) and i must say I love them. No low end loss, and some gorgeous fuzz tones to be had. And if you set it up right, it'll do self osscilation and crazy noises too.
  3. The pedal input is for an expression pedal, not signal chain. Your best bet is runnig the PODxt Live's output into the Aphexs input, and then from the Aphex's output to the input of the amp.
  4. Is that one of the Gator Pro cases? To right its heavy. I walked from Kentish town Station to the Fiddler's elbow (a good half mile+) with a fully loaded one of them last night. I still dont have functioning elbows
  5. aye, i meant setting one. I never got past that sound. Its like an exciter and eq in one. I'm sure theres some real nice dirty sounds, but that clean setting just sounds so good i dont want to lose that. I think i need a second.

  7. Ibanez Phat-Hed is good for it. Clean mode, attack set to 2, it gives a clanky pick-eque tone.
  8. Hmm. would you trade for a Marshall Bluesbreaker? Got a great clean boost function. Could do with a second one of these for a different sound.
  9. I have one. Nice sound, but theres a bit of a volume and bass drop, so a blend would be good. The other thing i have found with it is that it makes my pick ups microphonic, with everything froma p-bass pick up, to EMGs to even the piezo saddles on my Variax. If your not careful, it wails away.
  10. I think he used an old Mutron3 for most of his stuff.
  11. Didnt get on with it? I do love mine, so have a bump for a great little pedal.
  12. If your heading this way, and end up in luton (or surrounding area) let me know
  13. Don't use Red felt pens (sharpies etc) to right notes on your set list. the red mysteriously vanishes under stage lighting.
  14. The 500rc is mirror chrome fronted. dependswhat its reflecting
