  1. I have had a few Vintage fenders, both Jazz and Precisions and changed the pots out and absolutly no difference providing they are of good quality. The sound comes from the pickups and the player's hand, thats it ...
  2. SOLD This started out life as a Harley Benton 3 tone sunburst which I have heavily modded Pots have been changed out.new 2 saddle bridge I have used 2 different nitro colours on the body to give it that aged yellowish 2 tone look Headstock reshaped and Fender decal added Has plenty of minor chips about the body The strings are fairly new with plenty of life No fret wear Chunky neck that has been sprayed antique nitro Weight is 4.3 kg's This has cost me a lot more than the asking price plus time spent on it but was a nice project asking £120 plus free UK delivery

  7. SOLD...PENDING Selling my JV Precision in white which has aged and is a little darker than the pics show A few chips here and there as pictured and some tiny knocks but generally not too bad for a 40 year old Nut width is 42mm Weight is 4.4 Kg's Nice straight neck, frets have very little wear, nice action I have a case for it which will be suitable for the journey to its new home Everything works as it should I have the JV Jazz and these are great basses Price includes delivery to UK addresses No trade's sorry and I am in the process of thinning out, again LOL Thanks for looking guys

  10. I have for sale my 2004 Overwater Jazz bass , the bass would have been without the scratch-plate as there is the access at the back for the wiring loom, the previous owner said that a Sadowsky preamp was fitted hence the front plate Controls are Vol/Pan/ 3 band EQ with the lower knob as push/pull for active and passive options weight is 4.2 Kg's nut width 39mm Fitted with Bartolini candy bar pickups frets are in good shape with little wear some buckle rash to the back with a few dings on the lower bottom of the bass but nothing nasty for some reason the plate at the back with the serial and date has it as a 5 string, possible mistake I dont really know I have spoken to Chris May about it and he said it was a customer order as they dont normally do Bart pickups Lovely well made basses from Overwater and today this would cost over £3000 to order Any question please fire away No trades please as its a cash sale only
