    I've got Roqsolid on my combo! Very durable and folds up nicely. It's got that flap on the bottom which I don't like though 😂

    Nahh I've got a yamaha 2025/P35 bridge on that bass, and as its had to be drilled to fit, it would have holes in should i remove it. Very surprised not gone as it's a decent bridge.

    It's always surprising how a small thing like a pickguard change can transform the look of a bass 😁 I have a black Highway one P bass, which came with a black pickguard, I swapped it for a reliced tortoiseshell and it looks so much classier.

    I've got flats on my P bass (and had them on all my P's) I keep trying flats on my jazz, even recently had EB cobalts which are very bright. I just can't get on with that sound on a jazz! To me a jazz should have that zingy hollow snap with both pickups on or that burpy punch on the back. I also love the slap sound on a jazz, and I haven't found any flats I like for slap. That being said Joe Osborne and John Paul Jones always sounded fantastic with the jazz/flats combo.

    Yep and would imports from NZ get hit with import tax? It may work out £200+ even if imported from him directly, I don't think that's cheap. Loved mine though and regret selling it. There are other things that get that dynamic fold over Distortion, but the prunes is unique.

    Little addition! If somebody wants a Red Ripper Esq fuzz then the Emma Okto Nojs gets very close. It also has a synthy Square wave has an Octave down AND a nice Analog octaver. A very cool pedal indeed, and maybe easier/,cheaper to get hold of 😁
