  5. I live in the middle of the triangle Antwerp - Gent - Brussel, i don't mind driving a while so that would be very nice... !
  6. I'll take it .. (as you don't mind shipping overseas and if the costs wouldn't be too high) can you check shipping costs to belgium please ? thank you. cheers, Dave
  7. Dear Rainer, i think just a few 'lucky ones' know how these feel or sound, because Mike only build prox 2000 for players in the whole world. A real bassfanatic knows the legacy that these basses are the best basses ever made. I remember a quote on the web site from thelowend.com (where they sell new Fodera's by the dozen) that those Tobiasses are the 'holy grail'. I am astonished about the poor, disrespectful remarks on this instrument, it makes me sick and feel like a complete fool waisting my time on these 'forums'. I'm out of here, searching for another waiste of time on the computer
  8. Ha, de basswaht ! how is the Celinder ? You like it ? greetjes vanuit Bellugieuh.

  11. Bump ! I like it ! ..And if i dont give it a bump this bass gets fretted.. That means it isn't for sale any longer, that means no desperate price adjustments, that means i can't buy it for a better price...
  12. Hmmmm, wenge board. Lovely ! And the same green colour like my basic 4 (although mine is quilted maple) lovely bass you got there, if it had 18 or 19mm stringspacing i was begging you to ship it overseas..

  15. Ok, i'll keep my eyes open. greetings, Dave
  16. I have a '77 jazz with a maple neck. I played hundreds Fenders throughout the years, owned a '78 which was my first bass but this one is soooo much better. In fact, when you lay a bass flat down on a table and play the string loose, you'll hear the difference immediately between a good bass and a bad one. The '77 i have at the moment needed some adjustment because the neck wasn't mounted in the pocket 100% correctly, but she was worth every cost.
  17. Sorry.... withdawn.... after taking this to a gig and spending some time playing on this 'beast', i have to admit that this bass is the best bass i ever layed my hands on. Sorry, it wasn't love at first sight (hearing) but there is nothing out there that comes even close to this.
