COWPOKE!

Read 'em an' weep Lee4! I didn't know I wanted it until I saw it! I didn't even know they existed. I absolutely love it. They do crop up from time to time, but I've never seen another 'natural' one, which is a shame as it's a great finish. It was a hell of a leap of faith by the original 'stripper' - it could have looked like a road accident under the paint job!

COWPOKE!

Hi there, I'm not sure this is 'high end' enough to really be described as porn, but what the hey... I picked mine up a week ago (a Christmas present to myself) and I am absolutely delighted. I got it from the lovely Mojobass for £260 with a Brass nut and a Schaller bridge. It sounds superb - the active pick ups make it really sing. It's been stripped down to the wood and finished beautifully - no nasties lurking under the paintwork or sander gouges here! It's a unique and classy looking instrument. It came without a scratchplate, but I was able to locate one from US...I couldn't be happier with it and why they aren't still in production baffles me. It looks like this: Now - lets see some more love fer yer Cowpokes!
8. Bought the Fender Cowpoke from mojobass. Great communication, a very fair price and it arrived well packed and ready to play out of the box. Top stuff. Buy and sell with confidence. Rushbo

11. Cheers Lozz, It plays beautifully - fast neck and a lovely action right out of the box. And I think it looks stunning with a beautiful arch top. I've dug around and found a bit more info: Body: Flamed Sycamore Laminated Top Alder back Neck: Maple Fingerboard: Rosewood here's a link to the only reference I can find in Tokai's archive: http://www.tokairegistry.com/images/catalogs/tokai20015.jpg It's a steal at £230
