9.
I am going to print this post and mail it to you in thirty years time. See if you still feel the same way then!
i only have a big rig when i know people (particularly the drummer) will help lug things around, in which case my back would still be going strong in x years. p.s. carrying a 45kg cab in each hand is just idiotic unless your an Olympic body builder or there's a honey bager coming...
10. swapping my mesa 1000 for a zilla 6x12... i know its the trend to get tiny lightweight cabs but i really don't see a problem having a big rig as we have a band van and everyone helps each other carry the gear in... wish people would man up a bit!
11. i buy all my strings from circle k strings... they have a tension guide to work out what string gauge you want for a particular note. currently i have a .172 for my top string to keep things nice and tight in drop g, which is about 40-45 ppsi. have a look anyway
12. sorry but I've already ordered the replacement, Im just after cash to help pay for it. any offers considered tho
13. have you still got two kidneys? lol :-P

17. Hey there people, I'm selling my Mesa Road Ready Powerhouse 1000 for £700. due to endorsement opportunities. It's a few years old and has been gigged a lot but has recently been serviced and is sounding as powerful and tight as she ever was. If you don't know about the mesa 1000's they're 4x10's with a 1x15 in the middle built into a extremely sturdy fight case, as the name suggests road ready The bass is thick and rich and the mid's and high's ring clear and true creating a unique powerful sound that perfect for rock/metal especially when a Sansamp is in the mix! All technical info is the same as in the link but it's only rated to 1000w at 4 Ohms... http://www.mesaboogi...bass1200-LG.htm Delivery extra and arranged on purchase due to size and weight. Cash offers only. Drop me a message regarding any info
