4.
Sweet ESP there man, i like the colour on the LTD too, i really want one, any tips on where to get a cheapy one other than the bay? GAK stopped doing them now, they had them REALLY cheap for a while too Also i think those are LEDs because when you zoom in they're red. Unless it's REALLY gothic and he's got eyes in there
Thanks very much! I've got no idea where to get one cheap as i payed out the nose for it about £600 if i recall (serious GAS) But if you want an Ltd Viper on the cheap you could always go for the Viper 54...
 5.
Oh no, shed envy. Does the ESP on the left have LED's? I know it's a garage but to a bloke, it's still a shed.
Yep 20 red's from Sim's
 6. Sorry about the crap pic but heres my newly expanded 'shed' rig, With many thanks to ChrisDaBass for the Mesa cab!

 11.
Our drummer is into Metallica, he's mentioned about the dodgy gigs he's seen them perform, happens to us all I suppose.
I propose a salute to humanity lol
 12.
on a serious note...my 2 main basses combined will retail at around £2500 then + all other musical instruments/gear that I own would probably be around £8000...so no, I'm not 'The One'
lol well of course your in the club then
 13.
I regard them as "Nu-Thrash", they are probably one of the most interesting metal bands around today and are just amazing live.
I've seen them 3 times live the first to at the Apollo were great but they supported heaven and hell in Plymouth and they just weren't on the button... but everyone has bad gigs i guess. it always disappointing to see a band under preform, especially when you've seen what the can do...
 14.
Some of it is so feckin hard to play...I always have trouble with the Maiden covers I do, Running Free and The Trooper the sweat is on when the singer introduces them Now Geezer..he's a much more approachable bass player and while I'm on the subject of bass parts that freak me out, Seek and Destroy...... there's some naughty bits in there too!!
i prefer to play more technical stuff like lamb of god, Ive never tried any maiden or sabbath...
 15.
There's metal in everyone I reckon I used to play some metal, still play a bit now with a covers band but much rather listen to it than play it. I'm an early sort of metal fan, Maiden, Sabbath, etc...that's a bit light weight though, compared to what's on the menu these days
lol I'm the other way... i prefer to play metal than to listen to it, well... i have to be in the right mood.
 16. I'm not saying it makes a difference how happy it makes you, just interested in the list prices lol
 17.
Go on then....
18. Well i gotta say Dr thats pretty impressive!
 19. IS IT YOU ??? This is just out of interest as i know some of you have some very nice customs... To get the ball rolling; My ESP was £1400 but i had 20 L.E.D.s fitted by Sims costing £500, So if bought new would probably cost around £1900 (The most expensive bass i own) Cheers, Jonny. P.S. I mean the face value that you paid... (Thanks Kiwi)
