  14. With a budget of around £1300 for an amp I have been looking the Markbass 2x10 or 1x12 combo with ext cab 12 or 15 Or 2 1x12 Hartke cabs and Hartke head. Any other suggestions? Due to a small car I can't have a 4x10 cab. Nothing too heavy either.

    loud enough?

Many thanks for all of your advice. It's my 1st gig and I guess that it's just nerves and me worrying. I will probably see how it goes before upgrading. Being a tightarse I could try and talk the band into upgrading the PA.

    loud enough?

Our PA is just two full range cabs, no way of filtering the lows.
  17. Using a Fender Rumble 350w 2x10 combo. No option for ext cab and PA won't handle the DI. Would an active sub sound ok from my DI?
