9.
Is the spacing at the bridge original ? 15mm is quite narrow and the neck looks perfect for a wider spacing. Would be tempting if it would be customizable towards 17mm...
It's actually some between 14-15 mm. I got it from BassNW and they said 16 mm but it's not. 10.
Hi - gorgeous looking beast, do you have any sound samples of the pickup sound vs piezo? I have a Rob Allen Mouse so know the general piezo sound his basses has but am looking to get the best of both worlds in one bass and yours looks like it could be it Cheers, Nick
Hi Nick, I have this little video! Not the best quality but it might give you an idea. I have used both steel string and the nylon strings and it sounds great with both. It's a great sounding bass https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGox_M-NJpU

 12.
OK, first up, '65 Precision. In fact, perhaps the nicest Precision I've owned. Bought from Simon Clifton around 2009, went to Greg (Shaggy) for a while in the days when I had Precisions to spare, and came back again when another Precision went to Greg PUPs and circuit are NOT original. PUP is a Fender USA '62 RI, I'm not sure about the circuit but will check. As far as I know, the rest of it is pretty much as it left Fullerton in '65. The finish is beautifully aged, it doesn't really show in the pics, but it has the perfect level of mojo, worn in but not worn out. It is however the neck and the board that are special about this bass, I've owned many Precisions, including several pre-CBS and Custom Shops, and this is THE best neck of the lot, perfect to play, with the darkest rosewood board I have ever set eyes on. I will take the bass apart and take pics to verify the things a prospective buyer will need verifying
A trades towards your P?
 13. I dig it! I think no one other than us geeks will know that Fender didn't do that cool in the early 70's. I do love mine but always tends to use my rosewood one since it have more a jazz profil neck.
 14. Would love to take the Dove Cage if the deal doesn't work out
 15.
Damn, that's a good weight. The question now is whether I 'really' need a pair of new Celinders or not. . .
Hahaha! I'm sure you do Cause I don't want them
 16. First is my maple P And here is rosewood P with J neck I believe
 17.
God Bless You Sir What's a Limelight btw Guys? I've been out of the loop for a bit
Thanks! I guess that a english version of Nash basses in US. Relic J's and P's made to look like the old ones! But I think that Mark's bass (limelight) is really great. Good sounding instruments with a fine price. My 65's J which is the bomb and sounds awesome and also more coins! My P's are not that expensive and sounds great too
 18.
Well... that was an enjoyable five minutes on a Sunday morning. Think I'll have another coffee now and look at them again. Cheers!
Haha! Cool Have a great sunday
 19.
You need to tell us more about what you use each one for, how you find it etc
Here is something I wrote on talkbass but I think I got it covered I have played bass/music for 20 years now and have a "Master of Music" degree. For my day job I teach music and I play gigs with different bands/danish artists. I do lots of cover music but my heart is for jazz. With that being said I love all the different context of music I get to play. I have my own band called Humann'O'Project and I'm soon done with my second album or maybe more true to say that is 5 new songs that will available For my own music and different jazz/world groups I play with I uses mainly my Fodera's and my number one Fodera is the MG 5 which is tuned E-C. Walnut body with Bolivian Rosewood top. Ash neck with Ebony fingerboard. I also used my fretless basses for that type of music. The Celinder is of cause the "Jaco" bomb but the Deep 5 by Rob Allen is so amazing. Chambered Alder body with Koa top. Walnut neck with Ebony Fingerboard https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6uLhF6KEBOM For orignial music and rock/pop cover music I uses my P's and my J's. It took me also 15 years to get my own P bass cause I always felt that the neck was to big! I still remember the first time I play my P on a cover gig! It's a cliche but a P just sounds great in the mix The 65 J sounds really great and is very nice to play! The Sandberg bass is because I always wanted a white J with matching headstock (can't see that on the picture) and a great thing for me is that is have 22 frets and Volume/Blend/Tone. I like to only have one volume knob on a bass My fretted 5 Rob Allen I actally got from BassNW since I wanted a fretted chambered bass but I tend to use my Fodera 5 instead. Therefor I selling it. Within the next month or so I will have my new music for you all if you like it. Here is a small soundclip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bGgsKd_Ouk I used my MG 5 and Deep 5 on this record
