3. I want your job.
4. I'll have it! Emailed ya!
5. If you decide to sell and split I'd be interested in the shuttle. ;-)
6. Do you do 12 months interest free credit? Awesome looker.
7.
I have a shuttle 6 & 9. They are voiced slightly different, the 9 designed for bigger type cabs. Obviously it would give more power into 8 ohms for you but if you mainly use one cabI don't think you'd be using it to its full potential , especially a small ae112. I've just got a barefaced super 12 and to my ears the 6 sounds better through it than the 9,.on the other hand the 9 into my two neox 112 sounds huge, rich and creamy.i don't think you'd notice that much difference.maybe just try the bass boost to fill out the sound a bit?.. Innit
I did wonder about, and I have also pondered buying another AE112. I might keep the powder dry then as i never have the 6.0 past 9 o'clock at present, probably a bit silly to get something more powerful and not utilise it. Just thought the extra bass might be the icing on the cake. innit!
8.
Got this only a week ago or so from our very own walbassist. Had a play with it and it just ain't me, I like the tones of the shuttle. So am looking to trade for a shuttle 9.0 ideally or maybe a nice jazz or sell at £445 plus postage. Sold - pending payment! Thanks
10. Hi folks. I have the shuttle 6 at mo and was considering the 9.0 as a few forums say it provides an improvement on the bass and high freq ranges. Yes hard to believe it can be better! I only need one cab for most gigs, which is the 300watt berg. The amp puts out 500 watt into 8ohms. My fear is it may frazzle my cab, although I never have the shuttle 6.0 past 9'oclock. Anyone any experience or advice to give. If anyone has one and wants to trade for a streamliner sl600 let Me know. It ain't my cup of tea unfortunately. Cheers t
11. Mmm.. Shuttle 9.0 with 2 x ae112? Aren't the ae112 cabs rated at 350 watts each? I'd looked at the 9.0 over the 6 a while a go because of its enhanced bass output, but stayed away as I only have the one ae112 and didn't want to blow it. Was I worrying to much?
12. Trade for an amp? Genz streamliner 600 with gator bag.
13. I'll take it!
14. Thanks folks the advice do far. In terms in string spacing if I want something quite slim necked what kind of space range should I be looking at? 17mm etc?
15. Doing my tree in. Anyone else got one?
16. Well I've emailed twice now and still no reply. Great colour, looks like it might be a no go.
17. Awesome emailed them! Thanks
18. Mmm.... Food for thought. Any thoughts on the fender Mexican jazz 5 strings, are they better made than the squires?
19. As it says above, I have never owned one and want to get something cheap ish as a starting point to test the water. I love jazzes and pretty stubby fingers, so didn't want anything to big and clumsy. Seen a couple of 5 string jazzes at a reasonable price but also seen a few comments on here saying the low b can be a bit naff. Any advice/tips?
20. Stook a badass on my 79 jazz it made a massive difference to the sustain.
21. I have had a set of er15's for about 4 months now after being told my frequency range had gone by about 40%. However i just ain't adapting to them, I often find with both plugs in I can hear jack sh*t of any cymbals and end always end up taking one of the plugs out depending what side of the stage I end up on. Protector myself the most on the drummers side(noisy bastards!). Not sure if I should try mixing them up by buying one single 9db filter or a full set, or even look at the aforementioned IEM plugs just concerned that the 9db are not approved by the hearing councils as Official protection and the IEM wouldnt really provide that much protection would it? just more of a tailored mix? Anyone any expeience on either solution etc.? Speak up I cant hear you ;-)
